sailormoon was the first i think...then i guess it was pokemon and maybe astroboy but this was when i never even heard of the term "anime" b4...i just thought they were cartoons the showed on tv that kids watched...and i was like 7... i dunno if it counts...so when i did hear of anime and knew wat it was, my second first anime i watched was inuyasha and rurouni kenshin      |

Actually the 1st anime that i saw was Lupin the 3rd and Captain tsubasa Lolz , I miss akazukin Cha cha Lolz !!!

I think it was My Neighbour Totoro...it was on christmas day. its kinda funny that i saw it yers ago, and kept looking for it without knowing the name of it. Its only some months sinse I relly startet watching Anime, and yesterday I found its name on this small site, while I was looking for a picture...

My First anime would probably be Tenchi Muyo or Gundam Wing, back then I didnt even know what anime was, however,I still watched anime shows like Kenshin, Outlaw Star, etc. But that was back in the days when doing a simple 6 question math paper was considered the end of the world.... I first realized some shows where anime when shows like Inuyasha,and FMA came around.   |

| I heard Transformers was produced by the Japanese so if Transformers counts, it would be the earliest anime for me. If that doesnt count, then Dragonball Z. However the anime that was the first to seriously make me serious anime fan was Inuyasha. |

Little Nemo was the very very first anime. But, truth be told, I didn't even know it was an anime. I think someone else mentioned it wasn't a fullfledged anime...

Like many in my generation, my first exposure to anime was Speed Racer around 1973 or so. Not the cool Mach a Go-Go that millions of Japanese adore, but the crappy, Americanized, dumbed-down, poorly dubbed Speed Racer. It took me 10 years to accept that not all anime is that bad.  My Avatar, |
