@ All: Oh wow! It's been a while since I've been here. How's everyone been doin'? I have to say, I keep getting impressed everytime I drop by the art thread. You've all really come along! And thank you all for the kind comments! So last wednesday, my friend gave me back my flash drive & it had a whole bunch of pictures that we took last year during our sophmore year. So yeah, I got totally inspired to draw- guess who! (pssssssssssssssssssssssst pst! It's ME!) The hair came out wrong though. While my hair is dark brown, it looks naturally black, especially in the picture. This was done with markers & color pencils. Oh, & my hair isn't short!  |

It's been so so very long since i last visited this thread...but with some encouragement (Thanks Eureka-san & Vie-san) i've been working on a few projects. I hope to share them with all of you soon. I see alot of newcomers & i welcome you to the thread if noone has done so already)...some that caught my eye are from Kate-san (AWESOME PIECES you've posted!!!! great coloring job!...must've taken awhile?), Otaku hime-san (i too don't color often....is she an original character...i love the hair!)..keep up the great work!!! I'm sorry i can't comment on all of you, but i've went back a few pages & saw some excellent works. Please continue posting art if you have the time! I do want to comment on a few i do know.... Ninja Soup-san...MY GOD THAT IS JUST STUNNING....oh & the pic is nice too ^___^! So that is the face behind all the masterpieces here eh? That must also must've taken some time...i commend your dedication! Ich-san....i noticed you've been getting really good at Photoshop....your D.C. II pic was spectacular! I have to admit that you have gotten so good at what you do...i hope that will continue! I still have your rendition of Minako-chan you did & again i wanna thank you for it. Again Keep it up everyone!!!!! Don't let anyone diss your art cause i know how horrible it feels after you worked so hard to draw a piece...& have someone be negative toward it. Keep your head up & prove them wrong! We all have talent! Work hard & sooner or later you'll amaze even yourself (that's what i always say to people who draw & have second thoughts)  |

NINJA SOUP EXCELLENT!!! 10/10 love your piece!! is that you btw?? *--im stunned!!--* IZUMO WAAA your back!! thanks for the comment ^^ well recently ive been more on CS2 rather than the pencil work..dun know but seems like its easier to draw on PC rather than paper..but it doesnt mean that I wont be using the old style, im using the old style only if I really want to draw a masterpiece. Thanks anyway ^^ seems like your busy this days.. KATE GOOD JOB!! XD *--im not good on coloring so thats why I adore people who works on color--* hmmm...although I dont have the guts to say this but this will improve your work more..try to highlights the eye of your character and use dark tone for the central part of your eye.. *--try to refer on my sig if you want..--* then also some highlights for the skin ^^ hope that this will help you..you can ignore it if you want.. try to use the triple degree style or the Dynamic coloring pattern when coloring..this will more improve your work.. *--as I had said, Im not good on coloring but I know some basics ^^--* Triple Degree Style : HL - Highlights PRI - Primary SEC - Secondary Dynamic Coloring : HL - Highlights PRI - Primary SEC - Secondary TER - Tertiary *--use only in little portion--*

ALL another inked version ^^ *--its quite easy for me to inked rather than making my own XD--* well actually im making this as wallpaper so I had to work seperately XD *--Im going to use the wallpaper on my profile XD--* Shiki Misaki  just wait for the finished wallpaper ^^ end here for the meantime

@all Astonishing !!! I left this thread for a while only to find out that there's soo many great artists has posted their works.....! Oh....i feel that i can't match them @ninja soup Welcome back ! Anyway...your drawing is awesome...(is that really you ? ^__^) @ich Great ! i like your characters! @kate Woo....nice drawing and coloring skill. But for me, it's still blur and needs a little improvement. Okay...now i try to post something, it's sketch but enjoy it for now.  It's somewhat like a kamen rider...it was a fan made drawing for a character in an indie movie titled as Ksatria Baja Ammar.   |

@ich Ohoho...actually i try do draw a chicken (cock) but i failed hard ^_____^ @vie Thanks a lot.... Okay...i'll post more drawing. Sketch again since i haven't had time to draw a full color drawing. I'm planning to create a manga based on this characters...but it seems i will have no time to do it. Maybe i'll let my friend use this characters on his manga. Shun  Ibuki  Taiki  Takumi  They're brothers and work as demon hunter. |
