(On the highest point of the ship) Jade Kougaji: Finally, I'll see Lady Kaia again, and Lugas... (prepares chain-sword) (thinking) "I may get to just take all the Runes here at once, if everyone ends up dead!" (Jade smiles, begins to laugh as the seafoam crashes against the ship, raining down on the concerned crew) (Jade laughs maniacally in plain view of everyone on the ship, his sanity would be in question if there were not more pressing matters at hand) (glances at Aoshi and Kojirou) (thinking) "You'll get your chance, but soon I must kill you and take your runes as well...no one will stop me from my goal!" |

Jade: I need to go alone, I'll head towards Lady Kaia's house, but the rest of you should split into three groups, one around the back, one from the front, and the other routes the enemy within the town itself through the left side, I'll go through the right, alone. My weapon has extremely long range, I'd hate to decapitate any of you on accident! What say you, Tasuki? Should we choose our teams? |

back at the village,kotaro and general lugas clash in combat,exchanging deadly blows and techniques.. Kotaro: aghhh!*his shuriken glimmers as he spins it in wild frenzy* twister blade!!! *a stong cyclone like projectile emerges and went straight through gen. lugas... kotaro: did i... win?! after the smoke clears from the fields a shadow approaches... Gen lugas: Do you think that such cheap tricks can kill me...you got to do better.. *the jumps to the air and stikes at the ground*Climhazzard! at that instant the ground was cut by some strong energy and it approaches at kotaro while destroying everything in its path... kotaro: damn... *jumps in to the air and does a triple flip while trowing his giant shuriken at gen. lugas* Gen. lugas: too slow! * reaches his stuck sword and deflects the incoming projectile... Kotaro: *lands on the ground and catches his weapon* *thinks to himself while touching his wounds*damn my wounds started opening again...tasuki you better hurry or this village will be destroyed* Gen Lugas: Does it hurt? well i'll make it easy and finish you with one blow! Kotaro: ha dont make me laugh! i'll kill you first! even if it means death! Gen. lugas: such stong words for a man whos about to die! do you honestly think you can defeat me with your skills? you cant even perfect one technique...allow me to show you how...*prepares the dragon fang thrust* kotaro:*thinks to himself* i havent perfected the counter yet...i need a miracle to survive... gen lugas: that right...now is the time to pray...now die! dragon fang thrust!!! (key that your signal to help me!HEHEHEHE by the way why is there background music here,what game music is this it rocks) |

KOshiro: "Tasuki could never hold a cold water like that, this is a cold country!" *Tasuki finally arrived at the shore, and from his dismay, he saw Kotaro injured at the ground. He approached him.* Tasuki: "Kotaro, are you alright?" *At a split of a second, a sword swiped from Tasuki's front, nearly slashing his face apart. He glanced upwards and saw General Lugas grinning deliciously to his excitement.* General Lugas: "There you are, Jordan's boy." Tasuki: "Lugas...what have you done to Lady Kaia?!" General Lugas: "I already took care of her...and now it's your turn." Tasuki: "WHAT?! Aunt...Kaia..."  |

Jade, thought: (Fool! He can't spoil my well-laid plans!) Jade, spoken: Tasuki, wait a minute! (jumps off the ship) spoken while swimming: I have a bad feeling about this! (arrives on shore, dashes forward and sees Lugas slashing toward Tasuki! At one of Lugas's swipes toward Jordan's son, Kougaji hurls his chain sword from far away to deflect Lugas's blow and knocking him down) Lugas: What in the world? What was that? A long chain sword, could it be?! Jade, from a distance: Greetings, General! Lugas: Bastard! Traitor! It is you! (smiles) This is too good! I'll bring BOTH of your heads back to the King! Jade: Not today, I'm afraid! Tasuki, can you handle things here? I'll go see Lady Kaia! |

The general tried to jumped out of the way, but he was merely scratched at the arm.* Lugas: "How desipicable of you." Tasuki: "How polite of you." *The two continued fighting over and over, until they stopped saving their breath, taunting each other.* Tasuki: "What you did to my...huff...father...was...unforgivable." General Lugas: "All I want is the rune from now on, Jordan's pig!" Tasuki: "As my father's pig, I won't allow it!" General Lugas: "Fine." *The two leaped back and continued slashing and hitting at each other* |

As tasuki and lugas fought kotaro semed dismayed... kotaro: damn!*thinks to himself* i should be the one fighting lugas!... he then sees jade kougaiji runnning towards the location of lady kaia... he also spotted key headed there... kotaro; i dont trust that guy...(referring to kougaji)tasuki!be careful! lugas is not an ordinary warrior! be on your guard! i'll follow that kougaji fellow... runs of to find lady kaia... |

Tasuki: "The torn page...what's written on it? Do you know?" Lugas: "As much as I know about the 4 Sealed Runes, I'll try to get all of them." Tasuki: "Sealed runes?" Lugas: "YOu see, Tasuki, one all the 4 Sealed runes are unsealed, they will gain eternal power. If I gather the other 3, I will merge them and gain even more energy!" Tasuki: "Do you mean you have a Sealed Rune as well?" Lugas: "Let me demonstrate...once and for all!" *Lugas' rune glowed, and an earthquake occurred around the area* Lugas: "Behold, my Unsealed Earth Rune!" *The houses of the village collapsed, and high earth pillars emerged from the ground. Some of the ground was broken apart.* Lugas: "I will take that rune!" |

as kotaro tried to follow kougaiji the earth shattered! kotaro: whats happening....*sees the destruction comming at the place where lugas and tasuki fought* damn that lugas...is there no stopping him! i got to get kaia! kotaro sees kaia taken by a guard... he disposes of the guards with ease... kotaro; lady kaia we must hurry!the village has been destroyed but tasuki is still alive!we must escape quick... kaia: but lilin! they've already taken her to thier ship! kotaro: dont worry, i swear i'll get her back! but for now we must escape... the two ran and avoided the falling debri but then was surrounded by soldiers kotaro: damn...this is bad..in my current conditon things dont look so good... lady kaia..be on your guard... |
