New Opening Sequence!! Yeah the 4th episode was really good. The new opening by Yui-chan was entertaining. There were some nice images during the sequence...especially the scene with Iwasawa's acoustic guitar sitting there by itself T__T. I believe Lisa was the singing voice for Yui-chan and i think she has done quite a few songs for various visual novels. Jun Maeda-san like alot of japanese people are big fans of baseball. You saw it in CLANNAD, it was a major playable event in Little Busters!, and now you see it in Angel Beats! Like the episode in CLANNAD with baseball this was just as good. Shiina is so cool, so is Noda who with one hand can hit the long one (eventually he gets walked during the game). Tenshi in her manager outfit was adorable. Looking forward to tommorrow when episode 5 comes out. *question* Do you guys like the first opening or the second one?  |

I may like them both *shot* 'm really hype up about Angel beats. I really like the concept of it all xD I got to read part of the short novel... Looks like Otonashi took Hinata's place as the lead for the anime or something *shot* So I'm goodf with Hinata not going away at ep.4, he's worth so much more ;A; ...though I've been wanting to get some time from the other band members... but maybe the short novel also covered that? (idk just basing from what I've saw)

There goes episode 5. Just when you thought that last episode was the funniest so far, here comes another ãƒç”³episode that enticed some good laugh out from me^^ I'm just glad that Hinata didn't left the world・・・couldn't have been that funny if he wasn't there on episode 5. And, Takamatsu revealed some of his, uh, secrets, that added spice to this episodes humor. Yui have officially replaced Iwsawa as the vocal for Galdemo. Also, the "Angel" revealed her name, which was quite normal, I think. At least, they didn't over-do the character's name like in some other shows. Now the story's raising its tempo up, and the story's getting more and more interesting as it goes. Well, the usual Key/Visual arts magic. (^^)b  |

Episode 5 made me feel sad for Tenshi... all she wanted was some spicy curry... Somehow I'm starting to think this is gonna turn out more like "The Sixth Sense", where all the SSS brigade are actually ghosts making fun of this one girl who's real.

@ h4x0r-san That's a pretty good guess on what the series might turn out to be. However i believe that Tenshi will eventually join the SSS brigade cause Otanashi seems like that kind of guy to act on his suggestion. The 'real' villian may be revealed to be that new student president dude. Another thing is i think Tenshi went against the SSS cause since she was the student president it was her duty to get the group in line to school policies. @ Ken-san I like your sig, is it some fan-made LB! pics. They look like they used scenes from CLANNAD & photoshoped the characters of LB! to them. It looks prettty authentic, makes you guess that is what a LB! anime may look like. Since PA Works is doing such a great job on Angel Beats! animation they might take over from KyoAni on the anime series. ********* here are some really cool fan-made music using the opening song.... @ Izumo-san yeah, thanks :) I'm positive that the images were traced after Kyoani-CLANNAD cuts. Just hoping that the official announcement for LB!'s animation project would come out around last quarter of the year. also, I found cute LB! pics so here are some I would like to share. (^^)b       |

@Izu I like both of the opening and when Iwsawa Disappear it made all of em more determine than ever but i get the feeling that Kanade will join when the time has come. ep 05 was too epic and seems like someone made a remix with the chair starring with Hinata and Takematsu. the only thing took me was surprise is that the student president dude LOOKS like Naoto from Persona 4 O_O

Gonna check out those videos Izumo posted some other time, but that episode where the gang gets Angel de-assigned from Student Council president was awesome, the Hinata chair scenes were so funny, rofl.

@ DAngel-san Yeah those are good, there are some very talented people on youtube. I remember listening to a whole lot of mario paint music & an 8bit version of Shadow of the Collossus music. @ JC-san The opening sequence of Yui doing the opening song...that image of Iwasawa's guitar by itself is just so sad. She was a cool character & we learned alot about her in such a short time. It's too bad that she 'reincarnated'....:( I noticed in every episode that something like the chair thing happens or when a character 'dies' or something happens in slow-motion they do that all the time. Also my hilite was Takamatsu & his 'secrets'. Episode 6 was much more serious than the episodes they have shown so far. Tenshi i'm liking more & more just cause of her demenour & calmness. I like her voice too! Version 1, version 2, version 3, version 4! I guess my opinion of the new school president as the main villian was a tad....off. Gee everyone seems to have a past that is quite unpleasant. For some reason i kinda saw what the ending was going to be but it was still really cool. |

Yeah I just saw those videos now, they're really good. The midi one sounds more like an actual instrumental version really. :D And yeah, not sure if you've ever worked with software like that, but it's intense, I've done it before, it's so time consuming!

Episode 7 & 8 are both awesome!!!! I could go on about it but just in case i won't spoil anything until more posts occur, which not to sound critical but isn't happening as much as i expected since this anime series should be discussed about!! Anyways as many of you guys probably noticed some torrents have been released with the opening & ending song. I'm all for downloading these but i prefer to wait until i get my original copy in the mail in the next few days. I just like to support artists that i like alot & Lia i LOVE!!! Also it appears that a PV for Little Braver has been released so without further adieu feast your eyes on LISA & this incredible song!! |

@ Z-san Yeah i hear you man! This was one of the best episodes so far cause it is what Jun Maeda & his team do so well. It was emotional, tragic, yet powerful & inspirational. I think i know the idea for a new poll question! Only 4 more episodes to go, & i don't know what is going to happen yet i have a theory. |

The last 2 episodes has been nothing but awe inspiring! First it was the greatness of Otonashi, who wanted to become a doctor so he can help people so that what happened with his sister will not happen again. Otonashi has quickly become one of the better characters in the series. Next it was the spunk of Yui, ever since she was introduced you can't help but love her character. She's silly, out of control, spontaneous, adorable, but she has a genuine feel to her. Which made episode 10 that much more difficult to watch especially the last half of the episode. My heart goes out to her cause personally her condition in her living days must have been difficult. Gives a whole new perspective on people living with handicaps all around the world. What they must go through day in day out is remarkable! *SPOILER* Anyways hearing Hinata confess & Yui's reaction i must say i almost broke down in tears...i admit i was tearing up though. Than seeing those 'what if' or were they actual occurrences between Yui & Hinata sure put a smile to my face. However that smile was quickly replaced by sadness when i realized the outcome....i'm definitely going to miss Yui!!! She has grown on me like i said & it wouldn't be the same without her. To commemorate such an awesome character a dedication to YUI-chan!!!!! |

When Hinata said I'll marry you to Yui, I was like full of tears. And then the whole sequence with them together in the hospital mad me even more sad. This series has really grown on me and its real upsetting to see them suffer, sometimes I find myself in awe of their circumstances. I really will miss Yui crazy hyper active self but I'm glad she got to be happy and live out her dreams. With only a few episode left I'm sure that they will pull out all the stops and gives us more memorable moments to discuss later on. Once Again I say Farewell to Yui and all of her cute moments and mannerisms  Some Of My Favorite Yui Moments and Quotes: Even death can't cure idiocy For all our sake I will sing and pee my heart out...In the name of spirit Yui: "Um, if we encounter the Angel here, I'm going to pee buckets on the spot!" Hinata: "I don't care." Yui: "Care about me!!!" *they encounter an Angel and Yui freaks out* Hinata: "I don't care." Yui: "Care about me!!!"  |

The comedy between Otonashi and Angel is funny. I love Kanade. The ending for episode ten was done very well, and I like how they didn't even use a real OP or ED theme. Awesome.
