This user requested a song that was already on the list, also putting it as under "Michiko no Hatchin", instead of the actual title, "Michiko to Hatchin" Best Friend doubly-requested song located at the above link. User also requested the OP of the anime under the wrong name, but at least the request isn't a double-request.
