perfect for Light Novels in Japan. Problem is, I'm in America. A lot of the same
things that popular there wouldn't sell here in the states. A lot of the Light
Novel styles of writing also wouldn't probably get published due to the American
industry being a lot tougher in quality when it comes to novels of any kind.

And that would be cool if you can translate. I shall sue you to break into Japan. O_O

So very true. ESPN Will be hard as anything to get into for a job. I would love
to write columns or host a radio show, maybe even some TV, but I would love to do
a radio show moreso than anything else I think.

and that's cool about your friends, though! I hope I can make my way into the
industry myself. That and writing, here's hoping one or both can take off. :O

@Shuy: I was thinking on translating some classical works that aren't available
in my country, like books by Procopius, Xenophon, Arrian and all the Attic orators.
Although it seems that the folks here don't seem to be interested in classical literature :c

US publishing market seems to be very tough, man. I thought that Light Novel story
lines would be well received, especially when there's so much vampire stuff being
published.

[@Shuy] lol a columnist is one thing, but radio for ESPN? Are you a good speaker?
You gotta know a good amount of sports but moreso be able to talk so freely and openly about everything.
Mostly radio shows can get biased unless it's the main ones actually shown on ESPN or their main radio channels.

Doing live TV for them is even harder I think. Their main people are really good.
I'm not saying try to be a Chris Boomer or something like that, he's the man.

And yeah, hell yeah, I'll cheer to that! We're young, in our college days, let's both work hard somehow. Let's hope I get into school first.

Yeah I'm always available, just do what you have to do. I'll be here on Gendou.com as well, so you'll be able to find me.
You can always post on my wall, I'll reply whenever I check on my iPod.

If you're talking about school, not I'm doing different things (or at least I plan to).
I think you know I dropped out last Fall, gotta deal with stupid financial aid things now since I'm not actively going to school. REALLY annoying.
I'm HOPING to get into this school in the Fall of this year, I gotta start doing new financial aid for this following year.
Hopefully if I can get in, I'll take it one step at a time, so yeah for now I'm just wasting my precious life at home doing noting significant nor important.

Engel's back... after another dissappearance in admist of a important discussion on the Theme song for this club!! I won't be able to be around next week cause is time for my Company to move from its current location and I'm somewhat in-charged of this move... which is, well, stressing me out... very much.

Anyway, enough about me and my day life...
HAPPY CNY PEOPLE!!!

And continuing about the theme song, please submit your choice of songs for this club and we will do a voting or perhaps something like Nico Nico Douga Kumikyoku kinda stuff?? L and DA, do you think the latter is possible??

@Adel: I'm in Canada for now. I'm actually a little surprised about the Hokkien thing. Aside from my family, I've only found literally one person out of three different cities I used to live in that even knew what the language was called. xD

@Keiri: I used to come to gendou occasionally a while back, but didn't stay for long because I had a lot of sudden "business" to deal with. xD
Lately I've just been visiting more often.

Whoa, things are pretty slow now aren't they?

Having no professors this week means that I'm practically on a break, it's
fun but boring. :D Anyways, I dun have any idea what to do while I'm on break.
I'm not in the mood to update myself with new animes/game/music/wtv...

but I've recently got into Kimi ni Todoke's second season. Others looked interesting, but yeah,
I still have a ton of k-dramas to finish/watch first and foremost. I keep rewatching Cheung Chun Bul Pae.

I have school, but I'm not scheduled to work during the night like I was last year, so I will probably be at home, bored out of my mind.
