@Ken- Ah, I see. Partying a little too hard. I can understand that, most people will be gone or busy for the holidays, just wanted to check and see whether or not you decided to jump ship from the RP.    |

(Well, me too. I only work Tuesday, my friends are out of town for mostly non-Christmas related reasons. I don't really have anything to do for the next week or two besides hang around Gendou or online in general. *sighs* Looks like it's going to be pretty boring.) |

[Noctis Lucis Caelum|Forest Clearing|12:30PM] Noctis sat on a big rock and was enjoying the cool winds.He was looking at the general direction of the Academy.He knew they were going to be hunted by the military sooner or later. "Heh,what with our abilities I don't expect anything less from them." he said as he looked around.He was in the border of a ruined castle or garrison of sorts. "Well,we'll have to make do without any comfort for a few days." he said as he decided to see if there were any dangers around.  |

[Forest Clearing][12:30] Vivian was together with the rest of her classmates; Noctis, Shiroyuki, Aeon, Fenris, Anke, and Vincent. Noctis sat down on a rock in the clearing and started to umble to himself. In the meantime, the rest of the group was oddly quiet. They must be digesting the fact that the military will come after us, and that we are unprepared for them... and this little 'trip' in general, Vivian thought. Afterall, they were under supplied since they left on such short notice. Noctis then looked up, as if he saw something, and he started walking a little farther into the forest. Vivian followed him to see what he saw. After a few minutes of walking, they approached an old, abandoned castle. "Well, we'll have to make do without any comfort for a few days." Noctis said aloud. He then walked around the castle. Vivian assumed that this was to see what sort of condition the castle was in, and to see if there was any danger in this castle. Vivian decided to look around as well, to help out Noctis. "Hey Noctis, I'm going to look around over this way, you can continue to walk around on your side. How about we meet up in the back of it?" She said. She then started walking on the other side of the castle. This castle was crumbling in some parts, however the majority of the castle seemed to be fine to spend the night (or nights) in. As she was walking around, she noticed a creature in the woods, which looked like one of her friends... "Zero!" Vivian called out with joy. She was glad that her friend was alright, and escaped with the rest. Now the entire groupd is back together, Vivian thought. Although, as she approached Zero, there was something wrong... very wrong. Zero had wings... on his back. How could that be possible... This can't be Zero... or is it? I never did know much about him, Vivian thought. As she debated with herself, the person she thought to be Zero did nothing at all to hurt her. At least he is not going to harm anyone, or at least me, Vivian thought. Clutching the Picasso under her left arm, just in case she had to use it, she decided to do something to confirm if he really was Zero. "Okay, so it is a good thing you are not harming us. However, I still do not know if you really are Zero, because of those wings. So, just do some sort of action, or show me something to confirm that really are him, that you really are Zero." Vivian said. Then, she had an idea. "Zero, how about if you show me the stone Anke gave us? She did give you one, right? So, if you can show that to me, I will believe that you are the real Zero." Vivian said to him.  |

[Castle] Vincent looked around at the decaying castle, after having tagged along with the group. ""Well, we'll have to make do without any comfort for a few days."" Noctis said aloud. "So basically what you mean to say is that this place is going to be our base of operations for a few days? Wonderful." Everyone began to walk around the main room, while Noctis and Vivian wandered off further into the castle. "Alright, well I'm off to find a room with a good view. Call me if someone gets bitten by a vampire, or something interesting like that." Vincent said to the others as he started up a staircase towards the castle's upper floors. 'Well this choice has already begun to yield regrets. Maybe if I work for that other guy I can get some better accommodations.' He thought as he slowly ascended the stairway, looking out for the crumbling portions. |

Anke l In the Castle "Hey Vincent wait for me!!" Anke said and ran after him. "I want to find a room like that too!" In the back of her head Anke knew that this decision was turning out to be a bad one. She had completely neglected to think about her medical conditions. She hadn't brought any of her medicine along. She probably wouldn't have a bed to sleep in, which could prove problematic, and everyone would be in close quarters now so they would probably all find out about her weakness and want to send her home. She caught up with Vincent to find that he was lost in thought. Or something like that. "Hey, whats wrong?" Anke asked, although she could guess that he was regretting his decision to come with them. Not surprising, even after the precautions Anke had taken. |

Castle "Hmmm? Nothing Merely thinking" Vincent said he glanced over his shoulder and continued, "So, you keeping an eye on me, or do I interest you in some way? Anke stopped walking for a second. What if she did have an interest in Vincent, I mean she couldn't blame herself if she did. Vincent was nice to her, and she had never really taken an interest in men before. She figured she would just like whomever her parents told her too. Like every other noble girl. Vincent chuckled and it snapped her out of her thoughts. "I spent all my time alone during our time in that Academy, but suddenly I've got two girls hanging on my coattails and the eyes of my peers keeping a watchful gaze cast on my every move, for fear of betrayal." He said. "Well I guess the attention from Vivian might be welcome." Anke said, Vivian was always so pretty, most of the guys had liked her from day one, but Vivian didn't seem to respond to their attention. "As for the other's they just don't know what to think of you yet... I am starting to trust you myself, but like you pointed out earlier, I trust people pretty easily." |

[Castle] Vincent opened a door and looked inside. It appeared to be a bedroom, however the wall had fallen apart which therefore made the room unsuitable. He shut the door again and continued forward to the next door. "Vivian? Ah, yes, her. I have to say that her brief attention was pleasant, if only for the fact that it makes me feel needed for something, such as protection. I may appear to be a loner, but that doesn't mean I don't want anything to do with people, and it doesn't mean I don't want to be important to someone, namely a girl." He opened another door and inspected the room. It appeared in good shape, so he left the door open as a way of marking it, then proceeded onwards. He smiled slightly, thinking about what Anke may have been attempting to insinuate. "It was nice to have her ask for my help like that, but I'm not about to drool over her like some of the other guys back at the Academy, she is out of my age group if you haven't noticed. In fact, she's a little young for all of this stuff. The military, a rebel group, combat, I don't think she should be involved in that kind of thing." He opened a large set of doors and wandered in to a fairly big room, examining the large bed and testing the foundation for stability. "In fact, I think all of us are a little too young to be getting ourselves into the situation we have chosen. That's part of the reason why I am unsure of giving this my full support. What about you? You are still young, if you simply ran from the military to a different land you could have a normal life like anyone else, so why risk it? I can see that some members of the group, like Noctis, are fueled by some kind of vengeance, but what is your reason?" |

Anke was glad they were stopping, she was a bit out of breath and the pain meds she had taken earlier were beginning to wear off. My classmates know that I am not the strongest person in the world, but I have my talents and gifts all the same." She bowed her head. Something made her want to tell Vincent the truth, but as of that moment only Vivian knew her secret. She didn't want to tell Noctis, because Noctis would tell Shiroyuki and so on. But Vincent was different, he didn't know the others well enough to start just telling them her secret. So perhaps it would be ok to tell him. "Look, I want you to know that I trust you. There is more to my so called weakness, but I haven't told anyone but Vivian yet. I don't want people to openly worry about me so I've kept it to myself. I'm assuming you won't tell anyone." she said and then waited for Vincent's reply. Did he even want to know? |

(This will be my last post in this thread for a bit, until some of the others get back, like Light and Ken. I've been in the nasty habit of posting too much in RP's I'm in and getting too far ahead of others. Too much time on my hands. -_-') Vincent leaned against the wall and looked over his shoulder, out the hole which acted as a window. "I. . . apologize. I didn't know we had a glass maiden in the group. I really was out of the loop back in the Academy." He crossed his arms and closed his eyes, thinking to himself for a few seconds. "Alright, well, if you gathered the courage to mention it to me then I may as well hear you out. Whether you trust me or not doesn't really matter too much. I have nothing to gain from telling others your secrets, besides, I don't exactly talk with a lot of people, let alone gossip." |

"I'm not glass!" Anke protested, she put her own hands on her hips... "I just have a weak heart that's all...I won't be able to keep up with military training, so thats why I came." She thought about it for a while then added, "Sorry if I made it seem like I wanted your sympathy or something... I really don't." She turned around and walked to the door. "I guess I should go find the others, and get my own room." she said closing the door behind her. That guy! He was a gentleman but at the same time he could say things that would piss her off! [Noctis Lucis Caelum|Castle Grounds|01:00 PM] Noctis stood on the tallest turret of the southern part of the castle. "What have we done?" Noctis said as he looked at the dark rain clouds came closer and closer. Noctis knew he had lead his schoolmates to their sure deaths.He never knew why he did what he did. "I probably should have let the military do what they want." he said as the first few rain drops fell from the sky fall on his face.He didn't want to stain the hands of innocent people with blood. He closed his eyes again and felt the cool winds blowing in his face.But he heard something else.It made the hair on his neck stand up. "They're here already?" Noctis said as he opened his eyes,searching for the ship.But then as he focused on the ship,his eyes started to focus in and out.He then felt dizzy.He also felt a warm liquid running down his face.As he wiped the liquid off,he saw it was his blood.He was bleeding from the eyes. "W-what the?.." he said as he shook his head and decided he must warn the others for the moment. "This isn't the time for this." he said as he jumped down from the tower and ran back towards the interior to find the others and hopefully more cover. |

He watched as she left the room in a huff. "It was just a figure of speech. It's all coming back to me, now I remember why I'm no good at flirting, women can turn on you with a single word, and I seem to have a habit of picking every possible one to say." He pushed off the wall and stretched. Looking outside, he saw that a storm was on it's way in. "I can't see anything. . . so why do I have this nagging feeling that something is wrong?" he said before pausing, then he sighed. "Probably just feeling guilty about upsetting her. I guess I should apologize, it was a poor choice of words if I do say so myself." He looked out the window once again, before slowly making his way to the door. |

Ooc: Back here after a rather long pause, sry for that. Fenris [Castle Grounds | 1:00PM] Fenris had noticed the ship coming towards their position before others and had went in to find the others. He was following the tracks of Anke and apparently Vincent when he heard a door slam further in the castle then he noticed Anke storming through the corridor, upset. Fenris: Anke! The military is coming we need to gather our group and find a place where we can defend ourselves. Was Vincent around here somewhere? Fenris then stopped and looked towards the ceiling as if looking through the roof. He could feel the energies of the storm that was coming, they weren't entirely natural, he felt the touch of the military's mages in the storm. Fenris smiled, they didn't know about his true powers yet. Fenris: Storm is coming.   |

[Castle Grounds] [ Around 1:00 pm] Vivian stood waiting outside the castle, outside of the window that she climbed out of to see Zero. He was certainly taking his time to respond to her, he didn't say anything for 15 minutes! Well, that is like Zero, Vivian thought, he was kinda quiet after all. As she was waiting she looked up in the sky, and saw a military ship heading in their direction. "What? Why have they come so early, for just us? Just us graduates..." Vivian said aloud. As she was looking up in the sky, she realized why they had come. They must want on of us, she thought. She made haste and jumped over the window to inside the castle. She looked over at Zero, who was still standing in the forest outside the castle. "I'm heading in to find the others. It is up to you if you want to join us or not!" She yelled over to him. She didn't have time to wait for his responce as she ran down the hallway. She looked into each of the rooms to see if she could find any of her classmates. In one of the old bedrooms, she saw Vincent. "Vincent! The military is coming! Let's go and find the others!" She yelled to him. She then went in, took his hand and together they started to run. |

[Castle] [1:10 PM] Vivian stopped to talk to Vincent. "Bodyguard? ... Well yeah, I guess you can say that, hehe..." Vivian said as she started to blush. She knew that she gets shy embaressed very easily, and apparently this was one of those times. "Well, I just got The Picasso, and I know that once you learn the spells in this book they are pretty powerful. However, I just got it earlier today, and I only know two spells from it. Besisdes this book, I do have some Air magic, however I am weak with that as well. So the only thing I am somewhat powerful with at the current moment are my bow and arrows. I am more of a strategist anyways, so I don't usually do much fighting..." Vivian explained. She then took Vincent's hand and started to run again. "Anyway, I am in kind of a rush so I can help our group for this upcoming battle, if we choose to fight that is. So I would like to find everyone and have them come together so we can get a plan together. And as a friend, I must make sure Anke is alright!" Vivian yelled to Vincent. |
