Streets: Hono: Dunno... something that'd do well only for a short time... Let's call ourselves "Final Visitors"? That'd mean that we're not here for long and our visit will be final for someone (Hono smirked). Oh, turn right here. Yes, that way... Arena: Going towards arena, Kaze saw some guy, trying to talk with Alisa. Kaze: Hope she'll be okay... Snake'd kill me if something happened to her... and i wouldn't want it to happen myself. Well, she's a strong girl - i think she'll be fine. Gotta concentrate on my own problems. By that time Kaze was already on the arena and his opponent was coming out. Kaze: Whew... he seems heavy... one hit from such guy means instant ko... or even instant death. Even before referee managed to introduce fighters, Kaze's opponent rushed towards Kaze. Fighter: CRUSH... However, Kaze managed to dodge simply by standing aside, which made his opponent to run past him. Kaze: Heh, this guy's like a bull... Now then, gotta test new revolver. Kaze took out his weapon and, when the bull-like man ran past him second time, he just filled him with bullets, using all his loaded ammuniton. The bull-man turned around and it seemed as if those bullets did nothing. But then, he fell on his knees and then collapsed with all his weight on a floor. Kaze: Seems that even the greatest size can be defeated by precise and critical attacks. Referee: And the winner is... young man, what was your name again? Kaze: There was no time to introduce. I'm Kita Kaze. Referee: Kita Kaze wins the match! Referee(in a normal voice): Excuse me, but wasn't you here with a martial artist Hono not a while ago? Kaze: I was... Referee: I see... and was it you who made this huge bet and won? Kaze: Yup. Referee: You seem to visit this place a lot. Want membership card? Kaze: Sure, i'd like to... but what meaning does it have? Referee: You can go to normally unavaliable parts of arena and you recieve discounts to watch battles in here. Kaze: So, where can i get the membership? Referee: Wait in there for a bit. We'll make a card soon for you. Kaze: Can i come back later? I have some things to do. Referee: Ah, okay... we'll get it ready to your return. Kaze: Thanks. Having said that, Kaze went back to the exit, intending to go check up Alisa. |

Alisa-chan,is that you?? Alisa:Ah,Jack-san.Hello there. Jack:You alone today? Alisa:Nope,with a friend of mine ;P Jack:I see.....Where's Snake? Alisa:Onii-chan went to other place.Got errands to run today. Jack:Ah,I see....Where's your friend,then? Alisa:He just went into the arena. Receptionist:Kaze's his name. Jack:Not going to watch his fight? Alisa:Well,not that..... Jack:I know a good place to watch the fight.Come with me. Alisa:OK..... Alisa follows Jack thereafter.... Snake's side: ~Slum~ Snake:Hehe ;P That was just the name.You know,I used to name the operation every time I went for missions....Hmm,let me think.....I'm out of idea XP What do you think? |

@Night: Hey, it wasn't me who asked :) While Hono was confirming the map, Kaze and Alisa reached the arena. Kaze: So... should i join in right away or should i watch first... well, i already watched Hono's fight... so i guess i'll go register. You want to come with me and watch from the ground, or do you want to watch from stands? Kita Kaze, survival battle. While talking to Alisa, he approached the counter and registered. Kaze: Well, i'll go to the lobby... If she wants to enter to watch - let her through - she's a friend... Having said that, he passed the receptionist. Meanwhile, Hono has discovered the needed area. Hono: I see... so this is where we are... See? And this is the area, that seems to have lots of thugs and gang fights... I don't really care about the name of the operation, it's not like we're going to use this name... yet we have to think of the name of our "gang", while we're walking... any name would do, just that we need a gang to increase reputation of, even if it's just a name... otherwise noone will hear ouf us... man, this is some kind of earning fame... |

You won't believe how many those monster inside that old subway system" Dynast: "But our main concern is the man who control them. He control them as if they were pet and order them to attack us. Dynast: "Aside from getting beaten by those monster...nothing else" Claw: "Good thing Sylendra have pack some sleeping gas for emergency. We manage to escape with that. Thank you Sylendra" Sylendra: "Don't mention it" Nakamura: "So Night, what next?" Night: "I've tired of being chase like this...it's time for us to hunt ourselves. Julia, can I ask you a favor?" Julia: "Oh, that word, it been a while since I heard it...I know, leave it to me" *Night get up from the chair and walk to the door* Night: "I'm going out first, Wasp-san, Nakamura and Sylendra will follow me" Leona: Where are you going?" Night: "Guild, I want to access their supply inventory. It's time for us to upgrade our equipment" Wasp: "Good...I want to change mine too" Night: "Let's go"   |

Hono: No, after thinking for a bit - it's probably really the best decision. We can't let Kaze go into a town - he'll get lost. And we can't let Alisa leave the safe place.... after all, it'll be Kaze, fighting on the arena, not her... moreover, he might need someone to show him the way... Kaze: ... ... Sorry about that... Hono: Don't worry, it's the usual stuff. Well, then we'll go to the slums... Kaze: I'll come back to that arena earlier. Hono: Don't bet anything... Kaze: Sob... Hono: Well, only a bit... you have one thousand to spend however you want - bet it, by booze on it, i don't care... you have one thousand more - that's strategic assets. Kaze: Roger that. ~Tokyo-Hotel~ Lex and Aero return after finishing their discussion. Night and the others return to Dynast and Claw's room. What Lex says came to Night's mind, about the asssasin that come may receive the same information from the guild. Since everything to the guild is business. As they reach, Dynast's room, they can hear loud voice. Worried about their condition, Night instantly kick the door. Dynast: "Ah!!" Night: "Dynast, Claw...are you okay?" Claw: "Professor....you don't have to kick the door" Leona: "What happen?" Dynast: "We're bored a little after we wakes up with no one around, so we have a little chat" Julia: "For an old tiger you sure have great stamina" Dynast: "Unlike you" *Julia knock Dynast* Julia: "I'm still sweet 117..." *a long pause* Sylendra: "I think his damage have gone up" Claw: "So professor....how's the deal?" Night: "Not as good as we expected but we got the basic that we need" Claw: "I see" Night: "Now Claw, I want to hear from you...what happen back there?" |

It's just that it'd be easier for parties to communicate and cooperate if we do it... since it's much easier for me to contact you and work with you than with Snake-san or Alisa-chan... Hono: You're right... huh... Alisa-chan? Don't tell me... Kaze: And let's divide ourselves this way - you'll go with Snake-san and i'll go with Alisa-chan. Hono: Yare-yare... and... why? Kaze: Emm... you might need someone good at ranged fighting. Hono: That's your excuse? Actually you just want to be in a team with a cute girl, right? Kaze: Well.... that too... ~Hotel~ Night and Nakamura descend to the lobby to meet the representative from the guild. From the lift, they can see 2 man dress in black holding briefcase waiting for them. Night recognize one of them, he meet him in the arena before. It was Lex. Lex: "Night-san" Night: "Lex, so you're the representative from the guild" Lex: "Hehe...this is Aero, my partner" Aero: "Nice to meet you" Nakamura: "So, did the guild accept our proposal?" Lex: "Let's sit down and discuss first...Night-san, can you call all your friends to come down?" Night: "Sure, but some of them can't participate...they're badly injured and need some rest" Lex: "Okay" Aero: "Please lead the way Nakamura" Nakamura: "This way please" *Night call everyone except for Claw and Dynast that injured to come to the lobby* Julia: "Lex...it seems your business is increasing lately" Lex: "I'm a lucky person...hehe, well then for those who not know me, my name is Lex" Aero: "I'm Aero" Leona: "So this is the guy that Night onii-chan tells me" Lex: "Yes" *smile* Aero: "Let's get straight to the business" Lex: "We've received Nakamura's proposal before, and the top brass have decided...for the first proposal, Leona's name to be erase from the wanted list, rejected. I'm sorry but this is due to others request. Second one, requesting support from the guild's protection squad, accepted. A force have been assembled and awaiting order. and lastly, requesting access to the Guild main database, rejected. The brass wish to protect the information route so this cannot be negotiated" Night: "So the only thing we got is the protection" Aero: "Payment have been made by Nakamura and we will provide you some support, however...we got some condition for this matter" Sylendra: "There's too many rule here" Lex: "Sorry, first...the protection squad can only be ordered for protection duty only...any offensive mission are not allowed. Second, the guild control most of the squad movement, so if anything change in term of situation, guild have the right to cancel the support" Night: "When will the squad arrive.." Lex: "Right about...now" |

Hono: Map'll only confuse him... if there were trees or when there are stars, he can find his way with greater ease than any of us... yet without them... he just can't find the difference between two houses... while he easly recognizes every tree... Kaze: Not every... but almost... Hono: That's a man of nature for you... Kaze: I'm not wild... Hono: But you can't deny it completely... Anyway, as for quest... only several low-class criminals... although there is one... investigation of series of murders in Tokyo... And for some reason all victims are sturdy men, who wouldn't go down with ease. Kaze: Maybe he seeks a strong opponent? Hono: Then why kill? Kaze: A battle to death... Hono: Well, that's a possibility... Anyway, if we don't accept this - there's no need in thinking about it. Kaze: Guess you're right... so, are we taking it? |

Snake:The look of the launcher and the scope attached on it....Ah,I remember it.It's a RPG-7,a Russian 40mm AT(Anti-Tank) grenade launcher.The RPG stands for Rocket-Propelled Grenade.Never thought I'll see one here.... Alisa:No grenades loaded on it,though.... Snake:Must be a long time,huh?10 years is enough to corrupt it without proper maintenance......Well,too bad it's out of order..... Alisa:Looks like you'll need a map,Kaze ^_^ Like I said before,onii-chan's a soldier once..... Snake:I know a lot about firearms of various types from handguns to a few prototypes,so if you need to know about them,just ask me,don't be shy.If you like,I can give you some training on using them too ;D Alisa:Beware,though.He's a very strict person when it comes to shooting...... Snake:Alisa,I remember the time when you fired a gun for the first time,you almost shot me..... Alisa:Onii-chan,don't mention that!! Snake:Hey,it's true.You do miss a lot back then.... ~Tokyo-Hotel~ Night and the others descend to the lobby when Dynast and the other return. As they enter the hotel, they all seems to have just finish a really big mission. All of their cloth and armor have been torn off. Dynast and Claw is bleeding all over the body while Sylendra and a couple of guards help them. Night: "What happen here?" Sylendra: "Let treat their wound first, we'll talk later" Leona: "Claw!" Wasp: "Claw!" *After getting Dynast and Claw to the bed, all of them meets in Night's suite to discuss the current situation* Night: "Now, tell me what happen...I've been trying to contact all of you but it didn't get through" Sylendra: "We're exploring an old subway system, following the trace of the missing guards. Most of them we're found in a hideous way..but that's not all...at the last terminal, at an abandoned factory...we were attacked...by a man and an army of monster, we're barely get away. Dynast and Claw did their best to protect us...that's why they're in such state" Wasp: "May I interrupt....do you get to see the face of the man?" Sylendra: "No...wait, who is this?" Wasp: "Ah..sorry for not introducing myself...my name is Wasp D. Eligor Vandrake the 4th...I'm Leona's uncle" Sylendra: "Sylendra of the Fang Clan...nice to meet you, if I recall, you we're one of our target" Night: "Relax...he's one of us. We got our own situation on our end" Julia: "Night, something is bothering me...when you check the database, it was Diane D. Valefor Vandrake the 4th right. In the record, she died at an age of 32" Night: "What?" Wasp: "I forgot to mention, Diane was my step-mother to be exact...she married my father after my mother died and at that time she was just 25. We love her like she was our real mother and she love us the same way too but her condition went bad after my father died" Leona: "Grandpa died naturally because of his own age...and my father took the business with all my uncle and aunt as the chairman of the board...nothing ever happen since then...not until.." Night: "The accident..." Nakamura: "Night, my partner at the guild call just now...we ought to seek their help for safety right now...from the looks of it, our man power have down to half with Dynast and Claw injured" Night: "You're right...let send a representative to discuss this matter" Nakamura: "No need, they already send them, they're waiting at the lobby" |

Rin: Apparently it is it... yet it's already out of order for more than ten years. It's a property of one of our guild's ex-member... after the job i might give you his location, maybe you can find anything interesting. Kaze: Hey, as i said, i'm not completely useless... i can take care of myself... only that... i can't take care of directions... man, those towns and dungeons are too hard to follow... if we ever get to the forest - i'll be able to find you a hiding rabbit in there. ~Tokyo-Hotel~ Julia land on the roof of the hotel. After they get off the heli, all of them stay on the roof for a while, looking down at the city's view. Nakamura put down his equipment, and Julia fold her mini-comp. All of them seems to look at a distance. Night: "Let me ask both of you....who is Diane?" Wasp: "Diane was...my mother..." Leona: "My grandma...she died 2 years ago in an explosion at one of our factory. It was a terrible accident..." Wasp: "She wasn't suppose to be there on that day. It was my brother's birthday, she want to surprise him and decided to go to his workplace eventhough her condition....is not good" Leona: "Everything was fine at first but suddenly, an explosion happen inside the factory and destroying everything inside it....my father was shock to hear this and it takes quite some time for him to recover" Night: "Hmmm..." Julia: "She's at the wrong place at the wrong time" Nakamura: "So, how come her name came into the list of the guild?" Wasp: "Maybe someone is using her name..." Night: "...let's stop this conversation here...for the time being, let's head to the lobby, maybe Claw and the other already there" |

~Tokyo-Sky~ Julia came in with a heli after the fight end. It landed on the roof and pick all of them. The enemy troops came out after that but Night and the others are long gone. On the way, in about 3km from the building, Julia drop the rope ladder and a figure jump from the rooftop of a building and grab it. It was Nakamura. With that the mission is finally completed. Night: "What time is it?" Julia: "2:40...it have been 2 hours and 40 minutes since we start the mission" Leona: "We ought to get back to the hotel and meet the others" Night: "You're right" Nakamura: "Anyone have any injuries?" Leona: "No" Wasp: "I just have a minor scratch" Julia: "So, this is Wasp D. Eligor...doesn't seems like an enemy to me" Night: "Nope, he's clean...but I don't know about the other target" Nakamura: "If I recall...Diane right?" Wasp: "!!" Leona: "!!" Night: "Why both of you looks so shocked" Wasp: "Diane....it can't be...there's no way.." Leona: "W-Wait..is the information correct?...I don't think.." Nakamura: "Both of you...snap out of it, why is that name really got you into this state of shock?" Wasp: "Because...Diane should have been....Dead a long time ago" Night: "What!!?" |
