0_o there are so many! But my top 3 right now are ZONE (its sad that they're disbanded) Nami Tamaki Nobuo Uematsu (ok, not a singer but he makes good music!)

Maaya Sakamoto, Megumi Hayashibara, Tanaka Rie, ZONE, Kuribayashi Minami, Asian kung-fu generation, Hikaru Utada, Chihiro Onitsuka, Chihiro Yonekura, Yui Horie and of course all singers from I've Sound (Kotoko, Lia, Mami Kawada, etc..)

for j-pop... i like rurutia, chara, judy and mary... basically those with kiddy-like voices... i like misia, crystal kay and mika nakashima too :D too many to list actually. for j-'rock'... ellegarden, pierrot, janne da arc, x japan, miyavi phew... and lots, lots more... >__>

i like : - hikaru utada - do as infinity - ayumi hamasaki (not too much) - nobuo uematsu (ff composer) - yasunori mitsuda (xenogears, xenosaga, chrono cross composer) - l'arc~en~ciel in my country it's somewhat hard to get japanese songs, and music from japanese artists. they only sell hikki, boa, ayumi, luna sea, laruku, namie amuro, and some other artists' cassettes and cds in the music stores here. God's in his heaven. All's right with the world.

I'm a huge Mana-sama fan, so I have to say Malice Mizer and Moi Dix Mois in first place. I also like Kagrra and Blood. I went to their concert last May and it was awsome!! I love Kaede, he's so sweet. And they played Pegasus Fantasy!!! Y just loooooove those guys. The songs on the lists are the ones here on Gendou. Suga Shikao (Yuudachi, Autumn Serenade, Hakou) (LOVE HIS VOICE...) Kyouko (Mirai Seiki Maruhi Club, Happy Birthday) Asakawa Yuu (Shoujo wa Kokoro de Parachute, Tsuki no Gotoku, Shinken, Sweet Blue Days, Mahou Neko ni Au Ru Hi wa) (She's also one of my 2 fav. seiyuu. I like her voice, even though I don't like her anime songs that much.)
