For me, it's incomparable. It's always a treat to see my favourite characters moving and in full color! Then hearing the seiyuus' voices just adds to the joy of watching the anime. Also, there are what they call episode fillers like in Saiyuki and the chibi ones in Prince of Tennis. Those episodes are definitely worth watching especially for true blue fans. ^^ While manga is great if you want to know the 'whole' story since most of the anime nowadays are open-ended thus the need to read the manga to be able to follow the story. ^^ There's also the uber amazing art of the manga-ka. There are times when the quality of the art is lessened when a manga is turned into an anime just like in Saiyuki since Minekura-sensei's art style is just darn hard to copy. ^^;;  |

I like both actually. If I want to sit back and relax, I just watch anime. However, if I want a more detailed animation I read the manga.  |

I perfer manga because the art work is way better.

I like them all! I love manga because it's artwork. I love anime because I can hear seiyuu great voices. I think manga and anime as one and inseparable ^^  |

i like anime as i like manga too, i love them all, i wish i have unlimited money so i can buy all of the manga and anime series in the world hehe :p |

It depends... Manga-you can carry it around and it has the ORIGINAL STORY with nothing cut out... Anime-it's cool how you can see it in color and in motion, but you can't carry it everywhere and they do cut out some stuff if they run out of room... And sometimes one kind's art is better than the other... So, I'd have to say....I LOVE BOTH!!! >_< |

| I like both anime and manga alot...so I can't really say which is better...but I generally like manga in the way that I can take it with me anywhere and read it anywhere...whereas anime...I need a computer or dvd player... |

both anime and manga are good in their own ways...manga and anime...some parts get cut off in one section and the other section has it and vice versa...like Fruits Basket for example...the anime has only 10/12 animals in the zodaic while in the manga, i'm pretty sure that they are gonna have all 12... it's just one way autors make money! you buy the anime/manga, figured out that something got cut off or was missing so you buy the anime/manga to find out what was missing... =/

I like the to watch anime although manga is much better than the anime, for the reason that the manga explains the story much better than the anime. also the character are much more kawai in the manga!  SUBARU  SEISHIROU  |

Manga! much more detailed than anime... but I only have... uh, 6 manga's now... and I love them. and my anime cd's are more than 50... but I still prefer manga! anime second... anime's are also great but not as great as manga ^^

| Manga... Because it goes faster than the anime (for example, you won't find this guy in my sig in the anime version on the near future...) and most mangas are funnier than the anime... |

I preffer manga (scanlations) because in anime they tend to alterate the stories or leave the end "hanging" (they stop the series in the middle of nowhere), or create a worthless ending ã©ã†ã—ã¦ç½ªãŒã‚ã‚‹ã®ã ã‚ㆠ   |

Personal, I really think it depends on the series. There are some moments that you can capture really well in manga that you just can't in traditional anime, and vice versa as well. Some, like Naruto and Evangelion, I like better in manga, while others, such as FMA, I much prefer to watch in anime form.
