@izumo: i really like eclipse =D haha, same i agree with the "happy songs" too.. i think shes been writing since her SEED album or even before that @ YUI: welcome =D same i do that too, thats how i knew of To Aru Majutsu no Index (its good) and my friends are like.. do you watch anime cos of songs *faint* haha well I've's PVs are really cheap compared to like Ayumi or something >< i gotta admit.. if you look at ayumi's PVs they look costy(eg. Mirrorcle World), compared to Radiance, gah >< well radiance PV is pretty bright =) i've also seen JOINT which was dark too =( |

I believe she started writing her own music after Radiance but i could be mistaken, oh i just remembered that she has some older songs that were written by her. I just can't think of them off the top of my head. I'm pretty sure though. I agree that her SEED album contains mostly of her own stuff since than she's gotten pretty good at writing songs. Yeah I've spared no expenses when they make a video, although i think they kinda spend more on KOTOKO cause some of hers look great. Most of Mami's are so dark & weird at times. Hishoku no Sora was like that, so was Joint, now PSI-Missing. Get My Way was a little more lit up and as you mentioned Radiance. Eclipse is a great song, the music was a pervect match...loved the music!!! One of her few 'Happy' songs i really like is one called 'Melty Snow' from a game called Aniemo 2. It's a beautiful song with some nice lyrics...look for it on imeem or youtube. Someone bound to have it up.  |

haha k thanks =) i have Get My Way CD+DVD =) the PV was at like a metro station lol her hair was.. different? in it haha xD there was a while i was kinda obsessed with Aosora to Taiyou haha .. its a happy and uplifting song too =) ill look for that song =) thanks any other music suggestions? |

Other recommendations? Mmmm....there are so many of hers that are great so it'll be difficult to narrow it down so here goes. I'd even went to imeem to find the song for you to listen too. Unless you've already heard them before. @ Juvixty-san Yup Slowstep is indeed the Healing Leaf one, there is one more song from them that i've heard but i can't remember what it is called...i don't think i have that one. Out of the list i like Seduce the best cause again it is one of her more darker songs. It is fast paced & sounds alot like something Mell would sing. The music is hard hitting & trance like...something Kotoko would use. |

PSI-missing, should i say, is probably her best PV for now. although i like Get my way! too bcoz it's her turning point :D and if i'm not mistaken, perhaps PSI-missing's PV kinda show heaven (the-all-white Mami), human (the-empty-doll Mami), and hell (the-dark-hoody-sexy Mami) =3 and my 1st time for Mami was Get my way! not bcoz i watched Hayate no Gotoku though ^^;; but bcoz i was all curious about i've members, so i eventually downloaded her songs too ^^;; though i KNOW i've when i 1st listened to MELL's Red fraction *way too late* and then KOTOKO being the 2nd member of i've that i knew (from "being") now i reaaaaaaaaaaaaaaally love Mami... xD xD |

Most of her older songs sound very similar to each other and that's what I like about them :) I thought at first that the new PSI-Missing is kinda strange, but listening to it a couple of times just made me loving it~! |

If anyone has gotten the recently released I've album you can hear some new songs from Mami Kawada. They seem to be covers of older I've songs sung by other members but updated. The Tracklist is as follows. 1 - RIDE by Mami Kawada 2 - Drowning by Eiko 3 - Kisetsu no Shizuka by Kotoko 4 - Days of Promise by Mami Kawada 5 - Soyokaze no Yukue by Kaori Utatsuki 6 - Birthday Eve by Mami Kawada 7 - I will... by Eiko 8 - Two Face by MELL 9 - One Small Day bye Kaori Utatsuki 10 - Belvedia by Kotoko 11 - Disintergration by MELL 12 - Dream to New World by Kaori Utatsuki Great tracks...love the ones by Kaori Utatsuki cause her voice is so cute & calming. The Mami songs are also awesome but again very similar sounding to her other stuff. |

Isn't that album called "The Front Line Covers" or something? I read about this on another website, and it also appears that I've Sound~ is having a tenth anniversary concert in BUDOKAN. Every time I see "Kaori" as a singer, I think of "KAORI" (did OP for Myself; Yourself). A bit off topic for a quick second, but I can never really find other songs from her or anything (doesn't seem to be popular though I LOVE Tears Infection, wth?). I always thought she was a part of I've Sound~ but is not an official member (nothing relating). Back on topic, I think I might've heard two songs from this album, but I'll check it out for myself if I can find it. :D [EDIT] Wow, anyone see her PSI-Missing Single Album Cover? She looks beautiful. :O

I love Mami Kawada! She's my favourite singer. All her songs are seriously the best. There hasn't been a song I disliked that came from her, and I have too many fave songs from her to name. Speaking of fanclubs, she has an official fanclub but it's rather expensive for me. But there's a TFL-approved fanlisting everyone can join. Her next single is to be released 4th Feb as the 2nd OP of Index. (=^.^)
