So for those who are interested in hearing some of the music that may be featured in the anime series...nows your chance. I'll have this up for a few days so get it while you can. Oh, thanks a lot, dude! I'm sure checking the OST out; might get a better idea of how the anime will actually be once I watch it. Thanks. Anyways, it seems from baka~yarou's information, the anime and movie will release later this year. Although it's so far away, I guess the wait is all worth it. I hope I remember the anime/movie around that time, haha. :D

Here is the new PV that is available in the CLANNAD movie special released a few days ago. It contains the short PV as well as the trailer & finally the commercial. The rest of the special basically has scenes of the movie while Tomoya is narrating over them (which i didn't upload). It sets the movie up quite well....so i have really high hopes for it when it is released on September 15th, 2007 here it is: Enjoy! |

OMG! Izumo, if you can, you MUST PM/notify me once this comes out! It's around the time I start second year in high school, so anime might not be one of the top things I'm thinking about on my mind. Although, nobody gives homework in the first week or first ten days of school, but I hope I'm free to dL it. God... the animation just blows me away... it's truly amazing!

@ Dangel-san Heheh....sure i'll see what i can do....it may take me a few days to get the movie as well as downloading it. As soon as the torrent is out i'll give you a shout....that is if i'm still on the site....i'll be going away in a few days...it'll be for a few weeks but i'm unsure when exactly i'll be back online. Anyways the movie version is different from the anime since Kyoto animation is doing the anime while the movie is being handled by Toei. @ Magi-san That's cool....are you guys working on the original version or the "voiced" version....is tranlating either of them different or are they kind of the same. |

we're working on the original one. after that maybe we would be working on the voiced one. usually the original one and the voiced one have not much difference in dialogue and the main board story. maybe they'll have side story on the voiced version or there's other character that doesn't exist in the original one or else. |

I meant is doing the translation patch different for the original & the voiced....is one more difficult than the other. The original & the voiced aren't at all different...both have the same stories & extras. I have both of them & i didn't really noticed a difference. I'm not sure if it will work...but after you finish the translation you guys could add the "voice" patch to it. There is a patch for the voices available on the net....or just PM & i can upload it for you guys. There are some parts in the game that i didn't fully understand...so a translation patch can help understand it to its fullest. |

OMG, I love the OST! Currently listening to "Etude Pour les Petites Supercordes". I heard more of the rest, too, but haven't finished yet. It's so sweet! The anime is going to be really great, especially with this background music playing, man... This anime... is really giving me high hopes and I'm no where near thinking about being disappointed! *continues to listen to more of the OST and prepares to eat dinner*

@ DAngel-san Well that is just a snipet of the songs & music in the game....i would assume the anime series & movie will use the majority of the OST. Disc One has some great music....(esp.Tide & Megumeru). Disc Two probably has one of my fave music from the game cause the scene that features it is so sad & beautiful....anyways song is called "Yuki no Hara"...i hope this song is present in either series or movie. Dis Three mostly has all the "short", "remixed", & "off vocal" versions of the vocal songs...like Megumeru, Ana, Kage Futatsu, & Chiisana te no Hira. All of them are masterful!!! Both LIA & riya (part of Eufonius) do brilliant jobs on all the songs...Ana you can sing along since its in english & LIA actually can sing in english so every word is understandable. A song that plays during the trailer i showed..."Nagisa~saka no shita no wakare~" is as the name suggests is sort of like the main heroines theme song...the slow solo piano intro that leads up to the beautiful body of the song....again one of the BEST OST you'll ever buy! Which i REAAALLLY without a doubt suggest you do so! @ Kajima-san If you liked Megumeru (Mag Mell) you'll love the other songs riya sings in the game & hopefully the anime. Like i said to DAngel...Kage Futatsu & Chiisana te no Hira are a must hear. Also if you like her voice i recommend a couple of CLANNAD specialty albums: Little Wing - CLANNAD image album & CLANNAD vocal album Sorarad. Both of these has the songs she sings as well as "extra versions" of them...ala Arranged, remixed etc. Again great albums! |

Man finally found this thread after DA-chan told me about it. ---My original post on the deleted thread I made----------- Oh wow. It's like the feeling you get from Air with a Kanon story and the comedy from Haruhi Suzumiya (I think that's KyoAni's doing :p). The animation is very pretty, as expected from Kyoto Animations. Smooth, clean and eye-candy ridden. The ED is KAWAIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII!!!!! It's one of my favorite tunes in the Anime world: The Palm of a Tiny Hand. Here's the original version from Key's Re-feel album of CLANNAD and Tomoyo After. It's my favorite on the CD out of the 10 songs. Haha, I've been waiting for this Anime since the end of Kanon 2006. just finish watching epsd 1 this anime really give 'Air' impression from the music and the background which mean...hopefully another masterpiece from key xD

^___^ I watched ep. 1 and I can't agree more with SkyL that the ending is ADORABLE! ^0^~ O.o Overall, it seemed really good. ._. But I was wondering why it was in full screen instead of wide screen cause nowadays it seems like most of the really high quality are in wide screen. =.= Or I just think too hard. =.= ^o^ I'll definitely be watching this show though. |

^Lol, not everything has to be widescreen. Shinkyoku Skoukai Polyphonica is full screen too. You can crop it or fit it on your screen to be wide by using your codecs or media player classic. Yes! Another person who thought the ED is KAWAAAIIIII!!!!! I've watched that ED 8 times already lol. I think I'm becoming nuts now. :P |

lol Clannad FTW!!! I loved the game and i am loving the anime series. I like the ED also and when they sing it it almost sounds like Cake in Cantonese when they say Dango hecka times.  |
