I was browsing the Request Songs list here on Gendou and saw that someones requesting songs called 'diamonds', 'einstein grooving', 'pearls' and claim that they are from Cowboy Bebop. Now... I'm almost 100% sure there are no such songs and I doubt there's a new OST from Bebop out there. So, what can one do to correct such poor misguided souls?

| There is a a new "Best of" ost released recently for cowboy bebop that features those songs. By the way, I requested those songs!!! |

Serious? A Best of OST? Well sorry, I didn't know. It just seems weird though because I feel like all music has been covered in the available OST's. So unless Yoko Kanno made extra music for this OST I don't see how they could have any more material to warant a new OST. And that being said it's a bit bizarre to make music for an OST and not have this music featured anywhere in the actual animation. Plus... those titles just didn't seem very 'Bebop-esque' if you know what I mean. So it was an easy mistake to make on my behalf.

It's called: COWBOY BEBOP Tank! THE! BEST! And it was relesed quite resent i belive. |

To everyone who voted for the songs, please vote again. And hopefully someone from the Yoko Kanno Music Hub sees it and sends in the mp3s. They already have them and it's driving me envious! *grimaces*

Oh man. I am so very sorry. I just had no clue about the CD and the fact that a Cowboy Bebop game was going to come out and that in turn the tracks were from the game. So, I'd love to make it up to everyone and upload the songs, because I have them now. But blast, they are over 8mb each. So if anyone can tell me how to make them smaller I'll gladly upload. Again, my apologies *sweatdrops*

for songs greater than 8MB you can try emailing them to me. i have not tested my new email box, but there should be a very high attachment limit.

Oh good. I guess I can always try and e-mail them to you, Gendou-san. Can't hurt, I guess. One of the mp3's is 14.4mb and the other 9.2mb so I do hope there's enough room in your inbox. And I hope my e-mail provider lets me attach such large files, lol! And a question, can we really upload zipped files? The tought never occured to me O_o

it is ok to zip a file if it is larger than 8MB expanded, but less than 8MB compressed. otherwise, please avoid zipping, it just takes me longer when i have to decompress.

What does it say? The files are too large, or "The document contains no data"? If the files are too large, you could win zip them. Or you could use some mp3 converter to make the files smaller. http://www.micocosoft.com/audio-converter/ ^you could try this too to convert the files. If it says that the document contains no data, then it's your computer. ><
