So far in Otome they haven't had a lot of screentime. However from what I've seen, they are "together". It was also shown that Mashiro had feelings for Takumi but it didn't get anywhere and nothing new has developed. Only a few more episodes left so we might see them again but right now it's SPOILER (highlight to read) Mai + Mikoto time. /spoiler |

i doubt that Takumi and Akira would show up on screen again, since well...they're a nation that doesn't use Otome and right now, it seems like a huge Otome war is going on. =/ if they do show up then...w00t!
