I remember when I'm small....our house used to have lots of pets, but now......only my new kitten,Killua(It's growing so fast~!!) and a hyper-dog, Ging is left.^^"

Let's see, I used to have :
1)2 dogs(doesn't include Ging)
2)3 cats(doesn't include Killua too.)
3)A whole aquarium of goldfish.(I can't even remember how much are they)
4)A few turkeys(can't remember there are 5 or 6 of them)
5)3 rabbits

And they disappeared one by one....Some died, some send to my relatives....(but most of them died)

That's sad...(I don't know how to make a sad face except for this one in text(:P) T.T) but you have a kitty!! Kitties are the best!!!!
Was it fun having turkeys? I've only had cats, dogs, a bunny, and fish....My fish all died within a week....

At least yae don't get to see animal (domesticated cats and or dogs) corpses scattered on the streets... aye, sometimes before going to school, we'd pass by them on roads (in Manila, probably hit by a speeding vehicle--heartless driver!) Then yae could just imagine a flattened skin looking like a rug on the cement. The only good thing is that the blood and gore's out; all dried up under the sun.

Nay one even cares of cleaning it, damn!

I know what you mean Amano-san. In Mexico you see the how people get a pet (usually a dog), make it reproduce, try to sell the puppies and when they get to old, they through them out on the streets. Then the dogs are seen wandering and dying. Nobody does anything about the corpses. If you happen to come across a dead pet, you notice that the only people that get near it are the ones who try to get whatever meat they can so they can sell it later to really poor families. (Oh, can this country get any more pathetic?)

THree years back, we had a very cute hairy puppy [I don't know the breed so don't ask >_<]. Her name's Cookie [its lame, I know... my cousin named her]. Tragically, she died in an unexpected way. You see, she loves to stick her head in between tight spaces like in between rocks and flower pots. One night, when we were sleeping, she tried to stick her head out forcefully between two large rocks until she broke her skull and twisted her neck bones. It was really awful T_T By morning, we saw her whimpering on our garden. Blood gushing out of her head, neck twisted. X_X I didn't cry but my sister did. Poor thing, she was still alive by that time. It makes me vomit everytime I remember that scene. Poor little Cookie, we missed her a lot T_T

... now yae made me remember.

(Just last year, mid-August) we also had a puppy, and that was given by our neighbor's. This one was a very cute brown puppy, so we named him 'Chiro'. Then 2 days after, when I woke up, the news came to me that he was already dead... it was horrible and rather stupid. Reason? When my father had to move the car from our garage, he didn't know that Chiro was sleeping next to one of the tires... guess what happened next?

Aye, why was a puppy sleeping outside in the middle of a very cold night? My mom never allowed it inside!

Before he died, we had video-taped some of our "moments" with him... me and my little sister kept on crying that day, even weeks after because we also kept on watching the tape!

We used to have both a dog and cats at home... unfortunately the only dog we had died because of some accident (i was too young then to remember the details). We never had a dog again till i was around 8 0r 9 years old. i dunno if we're just unfortunate with dogs but after some months, i was feeding him then accidentaly bit my finger. My mom was so worried i was sent to the hospital for check-ups and injections. After a week my dog died. How unfortunate of me... T_T

I have had: 4 canaries, 146 tropical fish, 1 crawfish, 6 turtles, 5 dogs, 2 mice, and 1 guinea pig. 2 canaries died normally, 1 escaped, 1 eaten by 1 of my dogs, Sparky, a male white bishon frise. 1 dog, Debbie, a half-poodle/terrier mix, a long time ago died old naturally. She had one male puppy, but he got given away quick. Then got Chiquita, a female, akita/chow chow mix, which given away too, but died by a car. 146 total fish we ever owned, through replacement, last was the crawfish, all died as we had to move. 2 turtles, Donatello and Michelangelo, just died for no reason, guess they were not healthy since i bought them at swap meet. now I have 2 dogs, the bishon frise, Rex, a male brindle akita, the two mice, and the guinea pig. The dogs are pretty much mine, but the rest are part of the managerie of my little sister.

I could give no less because I could give no more. ~myself

Me and my siblings used to keep silkworms when we were in Taiwan. We put them on little plastic bowls and floated them in a little tub of water, so that the ants on land wouldn't get them (Taiwanese ants are vicious. They bite hard, too. >_<). The sad thing is, the boats capsized sometimes, and a few stupid little silkworms decided to climb up the sides of the bowls and take a swim....

can't remember how many hamsters i had. they all died. the males died of old age, whereas the females died due to violent fighting (vs each other, and all of them had serious wounds).

i had 2 fighting fish as well. they're very pretty when observed in separate transparent containers (to prevent them from killing each other when together). died of old age too.

then, we brought back 2 stray new-born puppies (their mother and other siblings died. killed by the pound people.). one has white fur with big black spots like that of a cow, the other (although they're brothers) was golden in colour with a tiny white spot on the tip of his tail. we named them Hiro and Alf respectively. Alf died of internal damage (on his neck) 2 weeks after getting hit by a huge piece of plank.

now, we have Hiro and another golden retriever named Sonny as companions.
