I donated but...

Hello, I just donated 5$ to Gendous via Amazon. I downloaded 2 songs. I was to download my 3rd when I got the following message: "You have downloaded 2 times and donated $0" I followed all the Amazon instruction (included the "send info" one) and I use the same e-mail for both my amazon and gendous accounts. Is there a delay between the donation and the authorisation to download? By the way, I really like your site. Thanks in advance for your help Myriam |

*sigh* .... um, let me make one thing carbon crystal-lattice clear: donating is optionalthe word "donation" implies a non-compulsory exchange of money for services. you have obviously not read the Gendou's Anime Music Terms of Use and so i should suspend your account. however, you did donate after all so i will be a NICE GUY *eat* as for the "delay", i have to enter donations by hand from the information contained in emails i am sent. there is no automated process because neither amazon or paypal offer such thing. maybe if i owned my own mail server i could spend 10 hours and write some fancy mail filter. it would grab all the paypal notification emails and parse them up. even that would not work because people often write their alternate email address in the "notes" section.

I might not have been clear enough (sorry, I am not a native english speaker (!!!) I had read the terms of use and understood that the donation was optional. Your site was exactly what I was looking for to discover and listen to OSTs before buying them. This is why I felt that donate is a minimum we can do to thank you . I was just worried that the donation had not been taken into account, that's all ! Anyway, thanks for not blocking my account upon a misunderstanding ! :-) Myriam |

HI,i donated 10$ on my first try to donate but i did'nt send the info that i donated some money,when i tried to download some stuff its said that i need to donate or semothing like that,so i donated again which cost 5$ to see if i can download stuff again. the first try i had i did'nt click the "send info" button sorry ~_~ |
