Some questions about the upload of musics

I'd like to upload some musics from the request list, and some of them says that they want in GOOD QUALITY...Is it really okay to upload the songs (with better quality, of course) that are already uploaded on this site?? And please, could someone tell me the reason why it is prohibited to request songs that aren't already released?? Is it because there won't be any people to upload it? If that's the case, (I know about all the trouble that people have for buying the CD and ripping it into the computer, and it may be a bit rude for saying that, because I'm the one who just make the requests...er...sorry) why can't we just request and wait until the day of the release and for someone to upload it? |

I'm pretty sure its not okay to upload songs that have already been uploaded, but someone else can feel free to contradict me. As for the not requesting unreleased songs bit, I think its because the song isn't out yet..how can you ask for something that isn't there? It doesn't hurt anyone to wait until the song's released to request it and it cuts down on the number of requests in the queue by just a little bit... Besides, you'd have to wait until the song was released before you could get it anyway. |

But, well, look at this thread, it seems to be that it's okay to upload songs with better quality if they had been requested (like that one)... Anyways, I already uploaded it so, sooner or later, I'll have my questions answered :P |
