@Naruto: Maybe your computer doesn't install japanese characters or so called letters to your site so that's why.

@firely kyo: Try to refer some sites or dictionaries for your answers if you don't mind.

Some of Japanese in there phrases and sentences seems broken, so the meaning is a little unclear. I may not be getting the meaning as originally intended, but...

1, Something like, "Over passed the top of that cloud, here is an island that I've never seen."

2, "Human, bird, insects, and shining star: the life is only once. The flower that died would never bloom again. That's why it is more precious and beautiful than anything else."

3, (Is this a bit from Saint Seiya?) "Are there any living human being who has never done any wrong, as you say? Even those of the purest has hated, reproached, or hurt someone; he would have never wanted to do that."

4, "Someday, to a green morning"
"Passing all the night"
"Because it's a place you(I? he?) find alone"
"Beloved, yet far promised field"

5, (I am not gonna even try...I don't know what he wanted to say at all.)

@「源」
Wow,you are really good at translating them. I tried to do that too, but there are some of the kanjis that I don't know (although there're some mistaken kanjis) so I couldn't complete it :P.
I agree with you about the fifth phrase. It seems to be that the sentences are broken and it's impossible to understand what it is trying to say.

@firefly_kyo
Please, could you tell me where did you copy or find them? Because, like 「源」 said, the sentences seems to be broken and they are a little unclear. Thanks.

Well, Japanese is SUPPOSED TO BE my first language. Unfortunately, my second language (English) has taken over ever since I moved to US ages ago...

I am sure the translation could be better. It was a quick job.

If you need some help with words here and there, you could always check an online dictionary such as Goo (http://www.goo.ne.jp/ - contains English/Japanese, Japanese/English and Japanese/Japanese dictionary) or ALC (http://www.alc.co.jp/ - English/Japanese and Japanese/English dictionary only).

to translate try: http://babelfish.altavista.com/ , it doesn't translate acurate, but using it, will at least make you understand a written text in Japanese or other language

babelfish is only good for amusement. I could hardly recommend using it, if you might take the result seriously at all... I don't know about English to or from any other language; maybe they are better. But the result it spits out for English->Japanese or Japanese->English is laughable.

yeah babelfish was never accurate, to me. i'd rather get up and search for my dictionary if i have to. generally i think online translation devices confuse me more instead of helping me get a clue on japanese phrases. no offence to people who use them, though. ^.^

I use Babelfish to get somewhat accurate translations of simple sentences. In a way, it's good for practice if you input something very literal, like 'I cried because of cow death' or something, haha.

If you can recognize that the translation isn't good, your Japanese language skill is probably already beyond that of simple sentense, which babel can kind of translate.

I use that thing to translate "my name is... use that thing to translate "my name is..." with ”わたしわなめわ。。。” and it said "my trapdoors" opr something.

Re: HELP ME PLEASE!!

But I think that "my name is..." in japanese is "わたしのなまえは..." or "私の名前は...", and not "わたしわなめわ..."

One thing I hate about Babelfish is that it has a penchant for ending most A=B type sentences with である. Everytime I see that, I'm like "Is this thing run by my grandmother or what?" :D

Japanese<->English isn't one of its specialties, but I must admit that Babelfish has saved my arse whenever I've had to translate the occasional French or Italian website...

ここに何を言うのか全く分からない。。。

I think babelfish does a better job translating between European languages. They probably got too ambitious when they included Japanese, which is quite different.

yeah, babel fish is a bit rubbish when used for japanese, chinese or korean. when you get a translation and re-enter it to be translated to the original language (just to check) it gets it wrong.

Yeah, but translating a sentence that makes no sense is another that makes no sense, no matter what language you put it...
