YYH game trouble, NEED HELP!!!

I got a new video game over Christmas called "Yu Yu Hakusho : Tournament Tactics" for the GBA. I've beaten all the opponents, including Toguro and the Saint Beasts at the Dark Mountains. But, for some reasons, I can't move to any new levels. I was also able to bring back Genkai. I think it is because I have to get her to her highest level, but I wanted to ask for a second opinion. Can you help me?
I thought what I'd do was, I'd pretend I was one of those deaf-mutes.
