Wow I have no idea.. i guess when i was little watching Sailor Moon with afternoon cartoons. It was so long ago i started watching it though that I have no idea if that was the first or not

Mine was Princess Mononoke.....it HOOKED me into anime.

I watched some Tenchi before I knew what anime even was, but the anime that really got me hooked was Ai Yori Aoshi. Strange for it to be so very not-mainstream. A friend transferred the files to me over the course of a few weeks. ^^  |

I got hooked in through whatever was on TV around 1999/2000 - primarily Pokémon, Digimon, Card Captors, and Escaflowne. A friend showed me Sailor Moon and Ah! My Goddess, and it was all downhill from there...  ºAevaº aeva.livejournal.com |

| I started to love anime first when I watched AKIRA (a master piece), then Dragon Ball Z (i don't like it now), Saint Seiya and Yu Yu Hakusho (ah! so good memories! ;) |

It was Sailor Moon - anyone surprised? ^_^ Loved it literally from the first sight, after watching it I became an anime fan for ever!!! Still think SM is great - now it's classic, actually ^_^ I don't know what the guys on TV are thinking here in Russia, but they've been completely ignoring anime untill recently... I don't have many friends who are into anime either... so I didn't have that many chances to come across it... What a shame, so much time completely wasted T_T  |
