Hi, First of all, thanks a lot for this incredible GREAT site!! The choice is very big, the request section does really work, the navigation is clear... Great great job; it's not easy to find a site like that now on the net. Now my question: some days ago I posted a request for "so alone, be sorrow" live version, but only the "normal" versions (in Star ocean OST) appears on the site. After some (hours of) researches i finally found this song, and can now upload it if somebody is interested (this version is simply incredible!!). I already uploaded one or two songs some days ago, but this one is 9.45mo (the bite rate is normal/good, but the song is 7' long). Will it be a problem if I upload that song? (the max file size is 8mb) [and sorry for my english :-/ ] |

a 9+ MB file will not upload. there will be an error and the song will be truncated. please do not attempt to upload the file, as it will waste your time and mine. you can search the forums for other people who have asked this question. the solution, as i recall, is to re-encode using some free windows encoding application at 192 Kbps, or something reasonable like that.

Hum well OK. I re-encoded the file in 160 (192 before) and now the file is 7.9 Mo. It's a little pity for this song in particular, but even with this compression that sounds great. This version is very diffrent as the piano collection in Star Ocean OST; it's nearly an improvisation, and I think it's not easy to try to play it...! This guy (Sakuraba) has 40 fingers!!! It's still more impressive in the DVD version. |
