Maaya Sakamoto songs
|
I know Maaya Sakamoto is a very good singer, but since she has so many songs, I'm looking for specific ones to download. I like songs with a nice melody and a lot of musical depth. Songs I have already are Tell Me What the Rain Knows and Kiseki no Umi. Since all of the songs are rated high, I'm more or less looking for personal suggestions.

My favorite Maaya Sakamoto songs are: "Kimidori" (a faster paced, happy sounding one) "The Garden of Everything" (a duet with Steve Conte. It's very pretty) "Kingfisher Girl (The song of "Wish you were here")" (A pretty, slower song) Those are the ones I like the most, but anyhting by her you happen into will be wonderful. |

(Sorry if this is stating the obvious!) "Yakusoku wa iranai", the OP for the Escaflowne TV series is perhaps my favorite Maaya Sakamoto song. "Hemisphere" (RahXephon OP) is a close second, & you can really tell how much she's grown & developed as a singer between Escaflowne and RahXephon. BTW, in response to your signature: Yuki Kajiura rocks too! I love her work on the .hack series. |

I would say Rahxephon's "Hemisphere" was better than Escaflowne!! |
