Why Cant i sumit a upload request?

jus wanna know,has the upload website change or something cos everytime i wanna sumit a request for a song it always says "Requests May Not be Summited At this Time, Pls try again later" any clues to this?

Currently I believe we have more ULs than we can handle an it is taking time to sort them out. Please be paitent.  |
