The Most Unsatisfying/ Greatest Ending~ (Spoilers)

This topic may have been discussed lot of time but one more time can't hurt ^_^ And it may be an chance to let the new here express themself as well. Great Ending: -Kenshin: It was so moving when this cross-shape scar was not there anymore. This is the proof he atones for his crime. Really touching -Full Moon Wo Sagashite: Mitsuki's operation was a success, Takuto gains a new chance, Meroko became an angel what else can you ask <3 -Fushigi Yuugi: In this case, I think that I am very biased. I love Yu Watase's Work specially this and Ayashi no Ceres. Althought most of the warrior have been killed, Watase found a way to make them appear again and a happy ending for Miaka and Tamahome (yea I know Lot of people despise her and I kinda like her) ^_^ "Bad" Ending: There isn't really bad ending but I would say Unsatisfying. -Kimi Ga Nozomu Eien: I still can't accept the choice Takayuki made at the end. Why does he choose a **** who slept with his friends instead of a very cute girl pure and innoncent T_T. -Gundam Seed Destiny: The anime was great but it had ended a little too quickly. As soon as the enemy was deafeated, the anime ended with no explication of what would happen next T_T. -I My Me Strawberry Eggs: First, I want to say that even if I dont like much the ending, it's my favorite if not one of my favorite anime. Well the reason I like it is because it end like that(yea, I am confusing). However, its unfortunate to end an anime by making the teacher go away... ;_; |

Oooh! Okay well... Great Endings: + Wolf's Rain: I actually liked the Wolf's Rain ending very much. I think it ended perfectly, so much that it actually brought some viewers to tears. I really loved it. + Yu Yu Hakusho: I think, for a pretty long series, this ended well too. They didn't drag it on like a certain other anime I know (*cough*Inuyasha*cough*), but yeah, they ended it great. Everyone was where they were happy to be, and ready to move on with a semi-ordinary life. + Chobits: I really, really loved this ending! It was so emotional, and so logical too! Chii and Hideki are so cute together... Bad Endings (dun dun DUN): + Pretear: I know the manga was short, but I seriously think they could have made it a longer anime. For me, everything went by pretty fast, and it ended to soon... basically within a blink of an eye.. + Spiral: Now, I LOVE Spiral with all of my little heart, it's basically my favorite anime... But they should have made it way longer considering how long the manga is... (11 volumes, I think) I was so sad when it ended so soon and nothing was really resolved... + Inuyasha: Do I even need to explain?! Yeap... |

Great Endings: Trigun: Despite the fact they didn't include even half of the manga, they executed the ending really well. And there was that feeling of hope. Steam Detectives: I cried when I saw this ending, despite the fact it was very ambigious. Saiyuki (GENSOMADEN): Loved the ending so much it wasn't even funny. They ended it well. Bad endings: Cowboy Bebop: I love Cowboy Bebop, but I wasn't so fond of the ending. It wasn't very conclusive. |

Good Endings: -Cowboy Bebop: This was the best ending I've ever seen! It tied the story up nicely and was very emotional. Perfect. -Trigun: As said before, it had like nothing from the manga, but the ending was done pretty good all things considered Bad Endings: -Kimi Ga Nozomu Eien: Horrible ending. The only good part was that Taka and Mitsuki got back together (awww ^_^) but the stupid Haruka girl was still alive....personally, I was hoping she would die from illness or something, get her out of the way, but noooo... -Da Capo: Granted, this is one of the worst shows I've ever seen, but that didn't make the ending any more bearable. The fact that Nemu was "dying" because Asakura (her BROTHER) didn't say he loved her = lame. Then there was the whole incestuous sleeping together in the last episode and multiple reappearances of the mysterious Cat Man *shudders*

Good/Great Endings: -Wolf's Rain. Everyone agrees. :D -Gankutsuou. Life goes on...yes, it does. -Mai-HiME. the ending just fits. -Air. my god...what a confusing ending, but good nonetheless. -Peace Maker Kurogane. peaceful ending for a peaceful show. *cough* -Tide-Line Blue. kind of a cliffhanger, but i thought it was good. -Evangelion. yes, it was good. o.o -Soukyuu no Fafner. i thought this was well done. Bad/Horrible Endings: -Prince of Tennis. (wtf? he goes all the way back to japan for a freaking MATCH? the anime is effed up.) -Last Exile. it was not satisfactory for me. D: -Hellsing. i was going "wtf" at the ending. -Full Metal Alchemist. the ending also made me go "wtf." -Chrno Crusade. it was expected. >.> ...etc,etc,etc. too many to list. =P

Most unsatisfying ending?? MOST UNSATISFYING ENDING?? Try Otogi Zoshi. I thought it was a really great anime! But why did the ending have to be so so so so so so tragic? Still steaming mad about it. Why did Mansairaku have to die..like that? And their 'almost' love story.. What a waste. I wanted to see what happens next but Production I.G. wanted to be cruel so.. *sigh* |

Great Ending: Wolf's Rain - Everyone agrees, and need i say more? it's just too beautiful and rather deja vu-ish in a good way... [i don't think i made sense...] X/1999 [TV Series] - It's just so peaceful and all that. and it gives this rather melancholy feeling, which i like in endings... though somewhat put off by the fact that kamui and fuuma can never be together... but i like that last scene with the two of them together... it was so touching... -tears- Hikaru no Go - Though the anime did go downhill after Sai left, same somewhat melancholic feeling... i like that. though not happy that Sai wasn't there... but it's still rather nice. ^^ Baaaaaaaad Ending: DNAngel - Yep. i kinda agreed what was mentioned. i was pissed of by the fact that Dark practically died. anyone that harms my Dark-sama deserves to die!!! muahahaha... Spirited Away - It just ended somewhat abruptly, in my opinion [though i think most may disagree...], i wanna know what happened to darling Haku!! Waaaaah...[But at least that leaves room for the imagination...] Prince of Tennis - What can i say? it just feels uncomplete. and that's baaaaaaaaaaaaad. Inuyasha - Is that even an ending!?!? 'nuff said.

Great Ending: Full metal alchemist- You feel a little sad with the way of the world, but it fits in with the story and the scene where both of them extend their hand out of the train was pretty touching... Crap Ending: Chrno Crusade- Loved the start but hate the ending: The main characters pretty much all die, the world was thrown into chaos because of the appearance of a saint, the war is coming to screw the world even further and after all the effort, Aion still struts around in the Vatican... bah! |

good ending: Chrono crusade! man i was like totally surprised lol good good =D bad DCSS- yes im fast! i already finished dcss :P...the ending suks though. personally i think that they need to stretch the ending longer to like 2-3 episodes == KgNE- omg...ok he went out wif the gurl and dumped the other gurl...great! i kinda felt sry for Haruka mehh :( |

Good Ending: Last EXILE - So touching when Alex died Chobits - Gave me that "wow" effect to find out Chi's admin password is.... Wolf's Rain - Sad to see everyone died, but..... Full Metal Panic - Kashim I love you. Bad Ending: His and Her Circumstance - like someone had commented, like the production has run out of money at the end. Bubblegum Crisis 2040 - Silly the way they won at the end. |

i'm not gonna say anything about good ending... bad ending: DNAngel-Dark died FMA-uhh~~ no comment... Alien9-never got a chance to understand that one Otogi zoshi-no comment either Gundam SEED & SEED Destiny-fight bad guys, bad guys died, story end... Gungrave-no comment... "brandon...harry...brandon..." Air-weird ending... YnM-way...too short...too bad... i like the manga... Peacemaker Kurogane-he got his uniforms too late...and he don't want to kil... and some others...

Best ending ever in my eyes belongs to Wolf's Rain. Its' so sad that everyone dies but it was completly called for. Worst ending ever, InuYasha... need I say anymore? "I can hear the call of the wolves" |

Good ending... Char's Counterattack, Zeta Gundam, Full Metal Alchemist and its movie (one of the few series I actually cried...), Wolfs Rain, Cowboy Bebop, Soukyuu no Fafner, and finally X/1999 (movie and series) Bad Ending...too many really...original GSD ending, Gungrave, Evangelion (loved the series but ended without any resolve), Gundam Wing (too deus ex machina like GSD ending), Slayers TRY (NEXT was so much better than this disappointing ending!) |
