I'm pretty sure you can upload it if it's on the release list. :D If it's been requested before, it's legal, if I recall correctly.

What I don't understand is how on earth does he (and me as well, if you wanna get into it, but..) have it if it isn't even RELEASED?? (BTW, if anyone else wants the file, I'll act as a second source for it, so just basically, E-mail me...)

for those who are curious, the version of the song in question is likely ripped from the radio. radio rips are not often uploaded to gendou.com, and in this case it will not be for certain.

Well, mine's a PV rip, and I'm yet to be sure what exactly that means, either, and if it turns out to be a radio rip then I will be genuinely shocked, the file is 320 kbps with none of those copyright cuts in the middle of the song as I call 'em, basically, the rip is impeccable.

January 11th to be exact, if the release dates on the site are accurate (which I believe them to be so..) It could be earlier unless that site from which the source came stocks later than the release date.. but what do I know, really? ^^
