Uploading dead requests?

A while ago I requested a song but no one could find it. Can I still upload it if its no longer on the request thread. I was the one who requested it but others voted that they wanted it. Can I upload this song? Its a good song, "Kyou no Hana" by Itou Masumi.  Jomunga eats your avatars. |

it will not be added unless it is on the request list. you may get negative or zero upload points for the upload, if you upload it after the request has been removed. i give you permission to request the song again.
