Copy right law phobia!!

Okay.. I'm rather new to the Gendou world, but I was wondering is your site safe, from all those hunger money bastards? The ones that get the cops after you, make you pay outrageous fines and jail time? I'm a careful downloader and I want to make sure. I don't want to get anauly rape by copy right laws!    |

| I doubt they'll go after Japanese songs. Besides, it's a fairly small community. Most people have been here for a long time and Gendou's still standing |

I was surprised when I found this thriving little community. I never expected to be able to find any anime music I wanted this easily without any required donations or forum activity. I don't know of anyone involved with this site having any issues with copyright enforcement agencies. Really, 99% of the people getting busted for illegal downloads are the ones downloading popular AMERICAN movies and music. As ユーフォニー said, japanese songs from animes aren't exactly high on the 'hit lists' of major record labels and the RIAA. |

is this site safe? for you as a user? absolutely! is it safe for me as the owner? no, probably not. not terribly dangerous, but i do put my freedom on the line to run this site.

And for that we must applaud you greatly! I believe I speak for everyone when I say THANK YOU!!!!!!!! It seems like a long chain of one friend telling another about this place, and that's how I learned about it. Logan told me. I told psoplayer. He probably told somebody by now.

I actually just happened upon this site while I was idly searching through the internet for anime music. I can happily say my life has been slightly different since. I feel like I belong here more than anyplace else. Its a wonderful community and with our omnicient guardian Gendou watching over us im sure nothing can go wrong.  |
