Uploading non-released songs?

Well, I got Sakasama no Chou (Full) here, but it isn't released yet. Will be released the 25th of January. Am I allowed to upload songs that aren't released yet? Not sure...

if its not released, how did you get it? maybe its a PV rip, in which case please be sure to label it as such.

Ah, yes. It's a PV rip. I am allowed to uploaded it, right? Also, the file is 10.2mb. Am I able to upload a file that big? =/

thats fine. @psoplayer: PV stands for "Pre-View" I think.
