If you saw the other topic "Movie file conversion..." there were a number of good programs listed there. For video AND audio conversion though, or even ripping the audio OUT OF video, then I'd have to recommend a program called Xilisoft. It converts: Audio: AC3,MP3, MP4A, other MPeg formats, WAV, OGG, WMA, and others. Video: DivX, Quicktime, MPEG, MPEG2, MPEG4, WMV, VOB (dvd format), and some others I don't recognize... It can convert any of those listed above into any of the others. It's great.

you can go to piratebay.org... it has programs that extracts sounds or musics from movies/videos. You'll have to downloead first the bitlord program before you can download any file you want. of course, this site is completely free... ^^ |

Xilisoft can convert all those video formats I listed before into any of the audio formats too. All that does is just rip the audio out of the video.

Then just get a crack for it or a key. One of my friends bought it, (only cost him about $30) and hasn't had a problem. I just got a crack for it and converted the entire 1 hour long Animix from DivX to MPEG4video. It's not hard to find one.
