Question about Mykonos daily cruises
|
| We are heading to the Cyclades for the last two weeks of September. We really want to spend a day on the water exploring Rhenia and maybe catching the sunset from the deck, rather than just sitting at the packed beach clubs. A friend who went last year highly recommended upgrading to a multihull, so we are currently looking into booking one of the Mykonos daily cruises they used. The reviews are fantastic, but before we lock in our date and pay the deposit, I just wanted to ask about the typical early autumn weather. Are the famous Meltemi winds still super strong at the end of September, or does the sea usually calm down a bit by then? Also, is the water still warm enough for comfortable swimming and snorkeling right off the boat? Would love some quick advice from anyone who has been out on the water there during the shoulder season! |
