presidential debates

who here watched the presidential debates and/or plans to watch the next ones? from them: -who do you think was the better speaker? (duh) -who gave the better points? -did this / should this sway your / other voters' opinions on the candidates? why? ---- i thought kerry totally blew bush away in all aspects, and he easily answered bush's "waffle" argument with ease.

in the first debate i believe kerry did a better job of voicing his beliefs, bush seemed unprepared and kind of nervous |

i would very much like to see the debates, i missed them due to a (poorly planned!) meeting. does anyone have a torrent or video stream of first the debate?

Complete transcripts and audio is avaliable on the National Public Radio site (npr.org) I think Kerry came out ahead looking alot more presidential (I am a bit biased) and the polls seem to agree. The hardcore Democrats and Republicans haven't changed their opinions of course, but among independents kerry came out slightly ahead. |

From what the polls and collective data from participants are saying, after the final debates, Kerry has taken a lead over this as of yet cold war situation between Kerry and Bush. With the objective information out of the way, I'm pulling for Kerry, I've met him and he's a real nice dude up close.

I'm not sure how bush won but, i really dont care.(or do i?...) in the news heard this guy from some state went to new york and killed himself because bush won
