There are SO many MARIO games in every concievable genre and game style that how can other series compete? Megaman deserves death though...there was a point about two years ago that I might think differently, but there have been SO many crappy Megaman games lately released seemingly every month, that I tire of it. Sonic should be next in line though, since all the 3D games kinda bite... Mario should remain only because he's the very mascot and embodiment of Nintendo. Also, he's the most recognizable videogame character ever and all his games are fun, although they tend to be whimsical twists on wellknown genres. |

| Hmm... I think I liked the Sonic games better, but that's probably just because of some nostalgia. Mario's cool too, but I've never played any Megaman games. I know what they are, but I've never played. |

megaman is the best especially the X, and Zero spinoffs... Battle Networks a little wierd though

I say Mario... how else could we ever appreciate plumbers and find it awesome to jump through pipes? Not just the sidescrolling either, Mario Kart and RPG were great spinoffs as well. Megaman was pretty good too, I liked Zero. I never liked Sonic though. |

I'm going with Mario, just because after the first thierteen Megaman games, it got a little to repetitive for my taste. Also, I never really was a fan of the Sonic games.  |

If i Remember right i saw a video some where that had mario vs sonic and then during the video megaman comes in and gets pwned. X'D god it was funny as hell |
