i've found i like noriko sakai's voice the very best. she doesn't sing in an alto (or in anime - only 4)though. junko iwao has a very nice voice - her songs on her later albums are even better than her anime ones, i think |

I don't now any from an anime, but Letter From the Lost Years from the Silent Hill 3 soundtrack has a voice like that, but it's kinda creepy just because of the context of the song. Also the song I Need Love (studio mix) from the same CD has a low, almost whispering voice in the begining of it.  |

| you should check out Aucifer from the anime Kaiken...i think they don't have the song here unfortunately but the songs from this group is VERY good!!!!especially Datenshi Blue..its a REALLY good one!!!!the lead singer makoto's voice is SO SO SO SeXy!!!!!!! |

Shimokawa Mikuni, Iwao Junko, RHYTEM, and Mika Nakashima is a nice and good female singers. Yeah, I really really like Shimokawa Mikuni of course. Male singers? Hm.... I like Wada Kouji. |

I love Gackt's voice. Kouji Wada is also really good. T.M.Revolution's Takanori Nishikawa is also awesome.
