Deathnote is one the best manga I've ever read! It's an intriguing thriller about a kid who can kill by writing people's names in a notebook. The kid starts killing to turn the world into a perfect place, but the police are after him... Anybody know anything else about it? |

Oh man...I don't really want it spoiled... Hey, maybe you could use the code they use in the manga (First letter of every line) to tell me... Pleasant eternity shines, Later on the surface, Evolve thyself, Assimilate yourself into the rest Set out now, Everyday is mandatory Tables bloom anyway, Eat the fruits of labor, Like all the others, Like all the same Man up, Exist now. i know enough about this series. please email me if you would like to know more-- blacklist.bullet@gmail.com unfortunately, i stopped reading the series after an incident in the series. a list of questions is the best way to get answers from me, i cannot explain freely. and there will be spoilers if you so wish for them also there will be a live action movie coming soon. the cast is as follows: yagami raito/light - fujiwara tatsuya (also known as nanahara shuya from battle royale films) l/ryuuzaki - matsuyama ken'ichi (also shin from nana movie) yagami shouichirou - kaga takeshi (also chairman kaga from iron chef tv) also starring are toda erika (uehara mariko from nobuta wa produce series) and komatsu miyuki (dark rachel from sailor moon: ai no sanctuary 10th anniversary) though i dont know who they will be playing. |

| I heard there will be an Death Note anime in the fall too. Does anyone know which Japanese voice actors/seriyuu will be in the anime TV series or how long the anime will be? I can't find the info online. |

Do you know that this month and the month of August, Death Note the movie will be aired on Japan TV? Hmmm... since today is 13th of June that means that it's long aired at Japan. I wonder what will be it's theme song... rumour says that it was Dani Canifornia who happen to be the fan of the francise. Who knows? But I guess all of you who are staying at Japan would know about it, right?  |

i've finished reading the manga..too bad, i wished they would continue it..but u guys r right!death note is different from other series..better finish it!! oh, i can't wait for the 1st movie to be subbed...   |

Oh, according to a friend (one who actually got me reading it), the movie premieres tomorrow in Japan. Even though we're not in Japan and couldn't understand it even if we were, we're still excited for it. Anyway, my friends have been reading transcanlated manga of Death Note on line- I refuse to, one because I have dail-up and can't, and two, because I like buying it. Only read up to Volume 5 so far. I'm really loving the series so far and am excited to read more. I love Light in the first four volumes especially.

Yup that's right! The latest movie of Death Note is on this month at Japan but the next one is around the month of October. I've already read the first season of the Death Note which is the death of the first L (Though I have no idea what was his name but I know that it starts with the letter L). I'm still reading the second season about the replacement of L being fought over by Mello (Uses the title M) and Near (Uses the title N). Second season was rather uninteresting at first but I guess I have to wait for the fun part whether N managed to catch KIRA (Now as most of you know as the second L) or not. |

i stop reading the manga after L died....damn...it was a good manga but i hate they make L die n being replace by a younger L.....somemore his butler died too....did he really die or a fake

He wasn't replaced by a younger L just by KIRA himself but there are another replacements of L which uses the title M and N. Just like the sequence... L, M and N. |

but my friend (she read the books)said that L's heir is smarter than the real L. she also said that there'll be other shinigamis in the series. is that true? plz answer my question..... but i guess it's a spoiler. oh, never mind.. don't answer it. T_T
