Weird backgrounds in Gendou?

When I enter the anime for little kids thread I see the backgroud has pictures of the smiley hat man, Kurodo Akabane I think his name was. Is that background part of Gendou? Or is someone altering the background without permission. If so, I believe I know who is doing it.  Jomunga eats your avatars. |

I don't think that should be there. If you think you know who did that, email me or AIM me at noahm73 with their name. I don't want anyone pointing fingers in public, especially if it's just a guess. |
