| ey guys im sure many of you know that F.E.A.R and Quake 4 are out. I've always been a fan of Quake but after playing the single player demo of F.E.A.R i don't know which to get. I will most likely play the multiplayer overall so if anyone can give me any suggestions I would be very greatful |

I haven't played any quake game besides the quake 3 multiplayer demo in 1 level by myself, so I can't really compare them, but any reviews I saw said fear was the better game. I can also say that the full version of fear is even better than the demo, both single and multiplayer. And be sure to get the director's edition if you have a dvd drive, it's worth it. |

Well... I kinda like how they made F.E.A.R with a "psychological" touch... and it does creep me out... so i'll go with F.E.A.R. Kneel Before the Great and Benevolent Cow! |

I would describe fear this way: Imagine taking master chief from Halo and putting him smack dab in the middle of The Ring with plenty of guys to shoot, bullet time, and a buttload of different killer melee attacks. That's FEAR. (ish) |

| I haven't played either game, but I will say this: Quake has a multiplayer legacy, so Quake 4 is more likely to have awesome multiplayer. Additionally, a friend of mine who's played both games says FEAR's multiplayer is just meh, and we go way back so I have a pretty good idea of what he's thinking and would agree. That and I did play the multiplayer beta of FEAR and I thought it sucked... a lot. |

Seriously though: FEAR= STORYLINE, solid and innovative gameplay (plus cool creepy touch) QUAKE 4= good multiplayer, and...um...that's about it.
