To Gendou-Regarding Upload Points

I just logged in a couple of seconds ago, and to my dismay, discover that I have -1 UL. I thought to myself "I didn't upload any music that wasn't requested, nor did I upload WMV or files under 128 bitrate, why would I lose an upload point?" and then I further thought, "Is it possible that the almighty and wonderful Gendou made a tiny mistake?". I doubted myself at first and started to worry about a hack-attack, but apparently that wasn't the case. Please Gendou, tell me what I did wrong and I will fix it.

In this case, the upload was INCOMPLETE. Please be sure to finish and upload if you decide to start it. Incomplete files cause a big problem for me.
