Download Limit Reached - but have not downloaded

I have reached download limit for the day...except that I haven\'t downloaded anything in quite some time. More than months. Possible year(s) can not recall. I have tried...with the same message to wait 24 hours as I reached the limit. This has been an issue for a while and never had time to actually sit and try to figure it out. (i also seem to have trouble connecting to the chat.) I am using newest version of Chrome on 64bit windows 11 and while I do have a VPN installed, it has not been turned on and neither has the browser extension. This is also a new install for my system so not sure what is going on. Been around for a while and used to have a massive collection of instrumentals and karaoke but it was lost due to a tragic data mishap and many of them are very difficult to find. Many others all seem to be on here and no where else without digging deep for them lol. Thanks!
