Uploading a Song higher than 11MB?

Hi Gendou.com and everyone else, first of all you've done a wonderful job with the website. My concern is about one of my songs that exceed the limit of 11MB. It is Changin' My Life - Eternal Snow, (Karaoke Version) and it is straight from the soundtrack. I was wondering what programs I could possibly use to somehow lower the quality so it can fit under the 11MB limit. Thank you.
