American's Thoughts on Anime Music

Japanese anime has some of the most beautiful music I've ever heard, I only wish that American-made anime had music as good as theirs.

Well, then obviously you have not listened to Love Taught Me by Laura Bailey ((from Blue Gender)) and Into the Quiet Night by the voice of Lacus Clyne ((I dunno her name, and it's from Gundam SEED)). Those two are American remixes of the Japanese music, and they are off the charts. You should look into them sometime if you can't find them here.

Don't make fun of it, don't destroy it, don't cheapen it. The one small thing that everyone has. My love, my dreams, and you. I won't let those go, no matter what.

Red is saying that he wishes American cartoons had as good music as Japanese cartoons. No American versions of songs are on this website and Lacus Clyne has one of the most awful dub actresses I've ever heard.

one thing they could do is NOT replace the music and NOT dub the animes.
In taiwan when I watch animes, there's the option of choosing a dubbed, or undubbed version, they would air them on the same channel and all you need to do is press a button on your remote control and you could switch between japanese voices and chinese voices, they're subbed on both versions though.

I'll eat you.

i just wished they (geneon) brought over the good ost's and not lame crap like youko ishida's second album. victor japan's got alot of good albums - they just import alot of the crappy ones.

And I thought that this thread was about how if ordinary American joes were to listen to anime music and what would they think about it. I tried playing anime music during this weekly meeting I have, and they pretty much rejected it. My mother knows that I listen to this kind of music, and when I asked her what she thought about it, she said it was all right.

I don't really know what to say to that question. There are a lot of Americans, like myself, that like anime music. But I would never let my friends listen to it b/c they'll only reject it. Of course they know I listen to it though. I don't think American's thoughts are to bad if they put japanese anime on t.v and keep the original song instead of making it an english version of the song. I think some song that Lacus Clyne (GS) song was in english but that song was ok.

Ive been a fan of Anime Music for years and i have actually gotten a few of my friends to get into it too. The others say they like certain songs. Either way i think it all depeneds on WHAT songs you listen to. In my mind... if it sounds good, i like it. I DO have to say there are certain english songs that are... okay. But nothing beats the original Japanese version.

i have been a fan of Anime Music for God knows how long, and its great to be able to get your friends and family into it, even if you are the only one that understands it. and i have to totally agree with Vince, the original japanese version is always the best^^, it just seems to fit and sound soooo much nicer.

While quantum computing holds immense promise for modern data processing, there are still significant challenges to overcome, including error rates, qubit stability, and the development of quantum algorithms that outperform classical counterparts for practical tasks. CryptoCasinosUK.net
