Alright..heres the deal..Beat ff8 Omega Weapon without using holy war or any ITEMs with invincible..can you do it? i did it..well im lucky although that omega weapon used the terra stars on me..which obviously 100% kill all party members..but i won..no cheats, no invincible items..just luck =) which was a hell of an exciting and fun fight..my party is Squall, Zell,Rinoa. How did i won? =P |

| I almost did it, but my luck ran out. got lucky with rinoa's limit that puts the whole party in invincible status. |

Sorry, just wondering how do you challenge Omega Weapon in FF8? I got the PAL version of FF8 on the PS1 in Australia. I finished the game and I didn't get to challenge it in the end. I waited and waited after the "The End" sign and nothing happened. What do I need to do to challenge it in the end?  |

| I think omega weapon is in ultimecias castle, before you kill ultimecia. not sure though. |

| Hahahaha,very nice joke so you win it coz you got 4 hero in your party(oh yeah,i think that makes thing easier huahau!) i got an idea just use all the char we have, squall,rinoa,zell,irvine,quistis,selphie.. or if it still cant makes it .add seifer,laguna,kiros,edea,ward,raijin,fuujin to the list,wahahahahaha . |

I think Omega weapon was in the room with the giant organ in Ultimecia's castle. But first you have to ring the bell with the other party, switch, then fight him. Never beat him though, that attack that did 9998 to the whole party was enough for me. |

| If you use meltdown, have spd 255 (with auto - haste) you can kill him easy easy without using holy war =P, lv 5 death its easy to dodge, and terra break its lucky to survive but you can do it, ligh pillar 9998, just have max hp |

its actualli quite ez to win with selphie lol using limit break the end give u instant win if ur tried b4 secondly winning is pretty simple coz omega weopen got a kind of attack pattern which u can spot kind of easily... squall quitis n irvine r those i use for the fight though quitis for mighty guard ya, squall limit break irvine juz help with castin triple n blah lol no invisible or holy war used =D kind of interestin... it depend on ur luck though i used 5 lion heart limit break dat deal dunno how mani 9999 damages lol |

Another lttle trick for Selphie's Limit Break (but I bet half of you already know this one). Start up her limit break, then open the disc drawer. The game keeps runnig, while you can go through her limit break at a lesurely pace without fear of being hit. |

forgot which char i used..was quite long ago..zell or irvine..kinda get confused so posted both.lol.anyway.. i won wif luck..tt battle will let me rmb FF8 forever..i was casting aura and spamming limit breaks with squall , zell or irvine(forgot =/) and rinoa..and squall kept using blasting zone while i pray omega dont use that terra skill.just after all my aura magic effect vanished.that terra breaker comes..all died..wait...phoenix appeared! revived..rinoa invincible moon..i spammed limit and won! lucky! |

Whatever actions took during an early part of the game can affect the outcome at the very end. Imagine missing a GF. That's all I can say. cover all the ground of the game and you should be all fine and dandy :)

hey Suviez..i got a tip for yer..get to know the function equip stuffs, draw 99 Death spells from monster..equip it to your status atk junction..keep killing elnoyle(a black guy who keeps reappearing after u reenter screen) at tt high tech city during the pandora part..probably will kill him in 1 or a few turns..damn good exp..can get to lvl 99 in no time ;) |

It's very hard to challenge Omega Weapon because u need to mess with the bell and reach to the hall within the time limit. Hell, its attacks are crazy all are 9998!!! Luckily there's megalixirs. I can only defeat it by gameshark. I think Ultima Weapon looks cool!! It is using Cloud's Ultimate Weapon!!  |
