Well i watched all of Witch Hunter Robin and a few eps of GITS:SAC, but going from that i would say Robin, she's such a great character. Although i did love Motoko in the ep with the guys who were taking organs and selling them on the black market. lol.

Hm..both are very cool, but I'd have to go with Robin Sena. =/ They're equal in my opinion, but if I just -had- to choose..Robin. Simply cause I liked the series better than the Ghost In The Shell.

And something about the ending to Witch Hunter Robin left me breathless.

You've never seen Witch Hunter Robin!? I recommend you do, it's a very good anime.

robin =)

robin's quite adorable in certain scenes and i can't say tt for motoko
for the cool factor, motoko IMO has more of it
but i prefer robin in the end
