Very old auto debt question?
Link | by Idolyan on 2023-09-20 04:24:43
When I was younger, 21, I bought a $13,500 vehicle in 2012. I quit making payments on the vehicle in 2014. In 2016 I made a large payment to collections, and that was my last ever payment.

The vehicle went to collections, and I owe $7,000 still. The collections agency only mailed me a few times, and I haven\'t heard from them since.

Fast forward to now, and I\'m much better off. I still have the vehicle, but haven\'t driven it on the road since then. I shipped it from overseas, so to get it legal again I would have to pay about $2,500 in taxes.
