Anybody familiar with Montgomery Ward’s “Benjamin & Medwin” brand?
I picked up an 8” Benjamin & Medwin pan on a thrift store run with my friend last weekend. It was only $6! My mom told me it was a brand sold by Montgomery Ward, and I was like, “Oh cool, a designer pan.”

I just cleaned the rust off and found someone had written the number “64” on the outside of the pan in black marker. I’m wondering if that was maybe when the pan was originally sold or if it was just a mark someone had made when stocking it in the thrift store. It looks pretty old, like the marker had been on there for a pretty long time. There wasn’t that much rust on it to begin with, so I don’t know if it’s really that old.

Thoughts?
