Hi I have a problem

I've got a big problem downloading where each time I click on the link, it automatically plays with my quicktime program. The problem is that there is no save as option after the file plays on quicktime.

I tried fixing it myself by unchecking all the file associations to quicktime, and it still autoplays. And when I try to use the "save link as " option on my Firefox, it doesn't get the mp3 file.

So my question is, is there a solution to this problem where I can download the file without removing quicktime. Also I'm using Firefox as my browser.

....

EDIT

Oh man, I'm so sorry for asking a dumb question when it's already been addressed on the FAQ. It's just that my other computer where I use Firefox as well didn't do this. Anyway thanks and sorry for the trouble.

read the FAQ

firefox may not say it is an mp3 file, but rest asured, it is. rename it to whatever you want.
