I liked Silent Hill 2 because it had the best story, and I liked S.H.3 because it was the one that gave me the most surprises, or scares.  |

I love them all, but Silent Hill 2 is my favorite. The story had a lot more depth, and it focused more on the characters. Also, Pyramid Head is way awesome. I agree that 3 had the most scares (oh man, the haunted house part in the amusement park was just vicious!). |

I liked SH2 the best, it had an excellent story and kept me hooked right to the very end. I'm working on SH3 right now though so my choice may change. No way to make a living; Masochism; Pain; Perfection; Muscle Spasms; Chiropractors; Short Carrers Eating Disorders! |

I think that I would agree that S.H. 4 was the best, if it wasn't for the rather strange concept of always returning to your stupid apartment after every "stage". Also, I still stand by my earlier comments that S.H. 2 had the best story in my opinion. |
