| I agree, that chanting one from the Escaflowne movie...believe its Esca or something. Its a good song...but it'll creep you out if you didnt see where it was placed in the anime and if ur in a dark room full of scaredy cats...^_~ |

Hmmm I'm not sure if there is such a thing as a scarey song to me, I'd have to say though that the chanting from Escaflowne, although not scarey could prolly creep someone out...hmm, if I ever find one I will let you know!

scary songs?, I think you mean dark songs that fits in a creepy context, anyway I agree with Kirima Nagi about the Boogiepop Phantom Ost, and I choose... I'd have to say that One Winged Angel (Sephiroth's Theme) from Advent Children is pretty scary at some extent, but the music rocks!  |

Akai Usagi, the opening theme to Blade of the Immortal. The melody and instruments, the woman's voice and the way she sings... everything just combines into something very bizarre and creepy. And don't get me started on Bian Zoldark's theme (Valsion) from Super Robot Wars OG: Divine Wars. That orchestral remix is terrifying... it's only right that the 45-year-old one-man army got such an intimidating theme.
