How do you change your Avatar/icon?

i just wanted to know how you change your avatar/icon...
I can only please one person per day. Today is not your day. Tomorrow is not looking good either.

| well it is a good question really, i want to put my signature up etc but um where can i do it could you help when your day is perhaps better please thx^^ |

click on your name next to your post, then click on modify user. or use this quick link. edit any of the fields and click finish at the bottom.
