I think Java Applet is Client Side...
But,when I tried to upload an Applet to a Free Host
it didn't worked..

Is Java Applet a Client Side?or Server side?and where can I find a website for a free Java?

Check this side ,Then if it is Client side..Why should people pay for using it?

Java Applets are Client-side. However, some hosts do not allow uploading .class files to their servers, so you better check it first.

As for the site you gave, they offer JSP (Java Servelet Page) hosting. JSP's run on the server, and are pages that can run Java code, so if you want a server that runs JSP, you have to pay for it. ^^
