Boys over Flowers

It's not new in Japan but it is new over here in the US both the anime and manga. It's really good w/ a great storyline although the artwork isn't that good but alright. Have anyone seen it? the manga have 35 volumes and the anime series is 51 episode.  |

it's hana yori dango right? about F4 and Tsukushi something... Taiwan has made a serial out of it named meteor garden few years ago, i watched that and read some of the manga (they were all over the place...couldn't find a complete set) but yeah, the art could do some work but i learnt to accept it after a while (Rui! ^_^) the story's really cute :) |

I have the first DVD waiting for me to watch it tonight when I get home, so I'll offer my view then. The story interested me, though, so I've had it in my rental queue for quite awhile. Haven't been able to get the manga yet. Edited :-) Okay, I really liked the first disk and I'm looking forward to watching the rest of the series. It has an interesting story line and an interesting set of characters. |

| Yup! I watched that series too. I had read the manga before watching the show so I kept experiencing déja vu until I realized that they were the same - what threw me off was the title - Meteor Garden? The TV series used one of the hottest boy bands in Taiwan which is actually named F4 also. |

Its a good manga loved it and I have to say the drama was better than the anime followed the manga alot more than the actual anime, it's one of my fave the manga that is all I've been able to get my hands on are volumes 1-32 still despretly looking for volumes 33-36 or 35 I don't even know how many one of those. A must read if your into romance humor stuff. The drama is good too there is 2 seasons haven't gotten to watching the 2nd one but I heard its just as good :)

| it was soooo good!!! i was tearing a lot in the anime. I really recommend watching it for people who like romance or comedy. |

.....hmm i guess it's okay...tho I say the F4 aren't exactly the best looking guys I ever seen..haha but over all It's good.

well...as a whole, F4 is pretty good-looking. I'm not sure if you were addressing me with that part but I'll comment anyway. In my post, don't misconstrue "hottest" in a superficial way as regarding good looks... I meant 'hottest' as in very popular. I really did like how the series stayed so faithful to the manga - although they did edit out a few characters...but the series was done well overall |

i think 35 volumes is abit too much.. i only own 1-8.. the manga is way better then the anime.

| Hana Yori Dango's plot is great! It has drama, comedy, romance and a little bit of action from the agressive Tsukushi and Doumyouji and the rest of F4. |
